Tried to schedule service on a Friday. Website said work would be done in 72 hours and I would receive an email when my appointment was scheduled. The next Wednesday I had not heard anything so I emailed the support address. I received a phone call on Thursday explaining that they were having difficulty with their NoVA contractors and was asked if I could be referred to someone else. I agreed and my Honeydo reservation was cancelled. I never heard from the referral company. I didn’t realize it was going to be so hard to find a lawn service in Arlington. Disappointing.

I used Honeydo last week — it couldn’t have been more convenient. The interface was intuitive, and the process was incredibly easy. I registered, scheduled service, had service completed — met/​exceeded expectations — all in 36 hours. Highly recommend.
