One of the rudest doctors I’ve ever seen in my life! He was yelling at me in his office for forgetting to take my medication and I’m one of his newer patents! Very unprofessional tone and embarrassing! His office staff were so unhelpful and wouldn’t deliver any of my messages to him. Their sterling office is in very poor condition and they don’t bother reminding you about your appointments. Highly advise you to stay away! One of my WORST experiences ever!

No wait time, extremely friendly staff. I was in an out in less than thirty minutes. The doctor knows what he is talking about and he gave me what I needed with all be proper follow up instructions. He made sure that I know what to do and how to follow through with the care I need to show to cure the minor ear condition I have.

Arlington Office — throwback to the 70’s, not just the décor, but also the equipment. I don’t think this office has kept up with the advances in medical treatment.
Medical Expertise — no concrete diagnosis. A lot of treatment suggestions (hearing tests, MRI, etc.), which led to additional tests. My ailment was never resolved. Not sure why I’m seeking the services of a doctor in this specialized field, when he speculates and sends me to other doctors for tests and evaluations.
Waiting Time — expect to wait at least 30−45minutes.
Billing — when I inquired about a discrepancy in the bill, the initial response was «isn’t your insurance paying for it.» While my insurance did cover most, I don’t see how that excuses overbilling.
In sum, I would not recommend this Doctor to my family or friends.
