Here’s some positive facts: this store is clean, mostly well stocked, and easy to get around.
Here’s some not so positive facts: it takes forever to check out, if you have a coupon things automatically get «complicated» with your transaction, if it’s crowded the store will Look like a tornado just went through.
Came in to use my rewards coupon for free $ 10 off whatever and it took longer to check out than it did to find what I was looking for in the right size, color, so on. To me with all the employees they have at the end of the night they should be all ringing up customers trying to get them out the door. I don’t get it at all.

I stopped in at the optical shop to have my glasses adjusted. The employees were very friendly and very very helpful. I appreciate their willingness to work until my glasses were adjusted just perfectly. No charge just a smile. A great experience

Went here on my lunch break to by a suit for an upcoming wedding. A Unilocaler told me it had good prices. By far one of the most affordable JC I have ever been too, right on the money. On top of that the attedant to the suit department was amazing an nknew where i could find specific things in the store i was looking for. I’ll be back!

This is a pretty decent JCP. I love the fact that people tend to turn their noses up at it. I swoop in and get all the deals. Since they’ve revamped it, JCP is not a bad place to shop. Im always able to find nice shirts, ties, and bowties for a great price. Today, I went in looking for some winter gear for my upcoming trip to NYC and found a really nice trapper hat and sweater and spent a total of $ 12.96. Thanks JCP for the great prices and thanks shoppers for skipping over this place and letting me get all the deals!

I like this store but one of the employees who run the women’s bra section is intolerable. She doesn’t listen and is super rude and patronizing. She told me I didn’t look like I was the size I said I was and asked if I’d ever been measured and when I said yes, she scoffed and measured me without asking in the middle of the floor. I hate shopping there now.
