I have shopped here for years, going back to when it used to be Foley’s. They always seem to have sales and coupons, yet, with only a few exceptions, I can’t find anything worth spending my money on. The quality of goods is so disappointing: lots of polyester, acrylic, plastic. The atmosphere is just depressing too. There are few salespeople, and because of the frequent sales it is very crowded and messy. However, i will say that the employees are nice, if you can find one. Also the sales prices are deceiving. For example, men’s Levis marked as «buy 1, get 150% off»; the original price was $ 68. Go next door to Dillard’s and the same jeans are $ 45 regular price. Honestly, I don’t think I will come here anymore.

The quality of the store is really really slipping. I took in a couple of returns from the delivery center as they were in just horrendous condition. One of them was clearly a previous return, and the other had spots all over it. Due to a broken foot it’s taking me a little bit longer to get in and out of places and this time I’m grateful. I watched the serviceperson Lee literally put them on a hanger and back on display. What an absolutely atrocious behavior. Additionally as I was rolling through the department on Saturday September 26th I was listening to stuff with multiple complaints about the cleanliness the orderliness of the department. Additionally there were multiple stock issues. I am saddened by the decline in the store as this has been my go to Macys for years. They still have multiple sales all over the place so it’s worth while walking through just the amount of clutter and negativity of staff really is a true downer.

No more Macy furniture for me!!! The customer service should have been enough but nooooo… I ordered anyway after being ignored x 2 different sales associates. Took off hours that I really needed to wait on furniture that never arrived(mind you I had to wait several weeks already just for this so called delivery)!!! No calls, no emails. So today is the day and I call the store– and Im told that my furniture is somehow not on the truck and cannot be delivered for over another 2 wks!!! Totally freaking unacceptable-never again Macys!!! I’ll gladly take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Parks Mall location; typical Macy’s nothing special or fancy. Giving one less star than I would because a lot of their junior section’s clothes will end up on the floor, and I’m tired of being harassed by the perfume employees when I’m simply trying to enter/leave.

This is one of the few good Macy’s in DFW. It’s a large space and they fill every square inch. This is the store for shoes. Honestly, I believe they have the largest shoe department of all locations in the area. There’s a MAC are for all you who love to indulge in that brand and many other beauty brands available. The men’s department is really nice and you can pretty much always find something for the guy in your life. Overall, it’s a good place to shop.

I went there to buy boot for my wife for Christmas. I wanted to buy MK black color size 9 boot. Because they did not have size, I had to order through online. I check color, size, and shipping day more then 3 times. I asked and asked again because I knew that they are busy and whenever they are busy, they can make mistake. Lady who help me told me that she ordered size 9, black color, and it should be home by Dec. 24. I came home and check my mail, and she order size 6. I called Macy’s, and of course, they did not answer. I tried to cancel order, of course, I could not cancel order because I did not cancel in 30 minutes. They said if I want to cancel, I have to do in 30 minutes. Well, I drive about 25 minutes to get home. So, I waited and waited call about hour. They never answer phone, so I had to go to store again. There was no same lady who help me, so I asked another lady(white, short, and wearing glasses) and explained what happened. Can you guess??? First, she did not say sorry. She just said that this was not her fault, she does not care, so I asked what should I do. She said just wait until get wrong size boot, and bring back and change size. I said what about my Christmas present. She did not answer and just left me!!! She ignored me!!! I got super angry, so I went to customer service. I waited another hour to just check what happen and what’s going on. Lady who worked in customer service was nice. She said that she cancel my wrong order(it was not my wrong order, it was that shoes department’s wrong order). So, they ruined my plan for Christmas because my wife knew that I was going to buy boot. They ruined. That happened last Saturday, and today is Monday Dec 22. 2014. Okay I just got e-mail from Macy’s. They said They cannot cancel and I just have to get and bring back to change size. I think I will just return I will not buy anything from there anymore. Lady who worked shoe department was so rude. I could just think that she just ignored me because I am from other country and my English isn’t very good. So So So Angry.

Long time shopper at Macy’s. Usually great. Friday 10÷17÷14 was the exception. Waited 10 min at the Lancôme counter. After she shows up, she couldn’t find the under eye concealer even after getting help. Terrible slow service. Este Lauder counter was even worse because the lady was putting make-up on another Customer and told me I’d have to wait till she was finished. She knew all I needed was a tube of lip gloss. The other Customer had to tell her to go ahead and ring me up. Took all of one minute. Clarin’s is gone so I had to go to Dillard’s. I’ll shop there instead of Macy’s from now on. Too many sales people talking to each other in Cosmetics and NOT helping Customers!

Macy’s is Macy’s, no matter where you go. Good sales, good selection. I find it better to park in the upper level parking near the children’s section, as entering on the bottom floor by the shoes can get a bit packed.

We went in to look at suitcases. As we walked by the kitchen section, we saw an enormous cockroach just sitting there on the floor. They say for every one you see, there are a hundred more. I am never going back.

This is my favorite Macy’s in all of DFW. The store is clean and very well organized and the staff is always so friendly. This store offers more variety than the other Macy’s I’ve been to. I live in North Dallas and my choices are North Park and Galleria. While I enjoy the Macy’s at those two malls, for some reason I can never find what I’m looking for. I hate to say it but it’s for older business women and since I’m stay at home mommy I don’t wear suits for my job. I could I guess… If you want the high end stuff you will find it here. If you want inexpensive stuff then you will also find it here. I love this store and the customer service.
