KFC

This location is usually hit or miss. You know what you want crispy and fresh chicken, you know the sides you like you don’t feel like cooking kind of dinner. And I never fry fried chicken ever at my house I hate the smell when it lingers on afterwards.
So when we both seen the new commercial for the Nashville Hot Chicken, we had to try. I said I don’t know if i’ll ever make it to Nashville, but we gotta get it. My Boyfriend and I can’t handle too much spice but let me tell you it was delicious. Just way different than the Original recipe we normally get the skin was crispy and crunch a little with spice and flavor, so good my mouth is drooling now.
Downside, no one was inside the restaurant or behind us in the drive thru, and we had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot for them to have the chicken ready, because she said she only had breast and wings available in that kind. So she gave us two free drinks and we waited it wasn’t so bad just seemed like a long time since the weren’t slammed with people.

Been through here half a dozen times and never had a pleasant experience. Once I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes, they weren’t even busy. Another time they told me all they had were thighs. They’re super rude and act like they really don’t want your business. Go to the one on Collins it’s worth the drive to avoid this location.

I came here through the damn drive through, and the girl who was taking my order couldn’t speak for shit. And there was a truck that was ahead of us and it took them 10 minutes to get their order, then when it was finally our turn, it took 10 more damn minutes. What the hell. This is supposed to be FAST food damn. And they had no bbq sauce, no ranch, no hot sauce, they didn’t have any of that! How are you supposed to eat a chicken little without any sauces? 1 star.

Saturday night 8:30. You want some KFC? Don’t go here! We pulled up to the drive thru, no pot pies, not chicken tenders (they were all frozen) so we just drove away. Right across the street Chicken Express had everything we ordered and had it fast!

Terrible service at the slowest pace out there. Eat dirt before going to this place.

They will not accept KFC’s Coupons! Manager doesn’t seem to want the business! One Chicken breast was raw!

I was not pleased when the teller retained my credit card. They made several errors to my order and by the time it was straightened out, the cashier forgot to give me my credit card (and I didn’t notice). The next day I realized card was gone and called kfc. They denied having my card. I started to second guess that perhaps I had lost it. I called back the next day and was told that they had my card in the safe and couldn’t release it til the next day (day 3) due to timer on safe. No apology and no extra effort to correct the situation. I will not deal with this corp location again. I also called KFC corporate — their response was more empathetic
