Just went here tonight and they sucked! Ordered 3 burger meals and they only got one right! The sweet tea was terrible! Tasted like they used old tea bag’s or somethin and it wasn’t very sweet. My bacon on my burger wasn’t fully cooked and the people were rude! Don’t wanna go back unless they get new management.

Went through the drive thru. Food was correct and fresh. Took maybe 10 minutes total for the whole trip though the line. Service was excellent. The person manning the order speaker was so nice. We live just a block over and recently moved into the area. We will be going back to this location for sure.

Went to this location a few days ago. The woman that handed me my food made sure to mock me while handing me my food. I will never go back.

This location could use a good spring cleaning. The lobby area needs to updated and maintained. They always have a ton of people working behind the counter but it doesn’t help the speed or level of service. Its not bad service but its far from good. At least the food is fresh.

Love Whataburger but had never been in this one before. Listening to the help jive talking and clowning around as I look across the dirty dining room — every single table is dirty, including the one I’m sitting at. I guess one of the young male employees was on break when I walked in since he was visiting LOUDLY with friends in the middle of the sea of dirty tables, none of which he bothered to clean after he went back to work. One girl did walk through the room to pick up trays but turned a blind eye to the grime. Food was good but building filthy.

Hey, A+ on giving my husband a big bag of drinks and telling him good evening. You forgot our three burgers and we missed a friends surprise party because we had to turn around and get our food. It took an extra 45 min. Yes, he should have looked in the bag but that’s not his job. It’s yours.

Whataburger is one of those Southern/Texas chains that doesn’t exist in most states — which is a shame. Their burgers actually taste like beef — unlike so many of the big chains. This location is no exception. The big plus is that like most Texas back-yard burgers — they default to mustard over all other condiments. If you want mayo, or the mayo-ketchup combination preferred by Burger King — then you might as well just go some place else. The Whataburger taste is mustard, lots of pickles, and lots of sweet onions. Whataburger hasn’t given in to the diet-police pressure to omit salt and fat from their beef patties — they aren’t greasy, but they do still have that full flavor that vanishes if you omit either. These are real hamburgers — the way normal people make them when they want a hand full of flavor. There are lots of variations on the menu — patty melts, bacon and BBQ versions… and even some tasty fried chicken strips with cream gravy– but the drawing card is store-named burger. Add to that the best onion rings of any drive-thru around(no minced onions here — they are actual batter-dipped rings cut from fresh onions) and a tasty milkshake, and it’s a hit.

I’ve come into this Whataburger two or three times recently to get my burger fix, and I’ve been preffy chuffed with my experience: — Food is fine, and always fresh. This means that there’s a slight wait for your items, but that’s totally acceptable. — Prices are reasonable. — It’s been calm and quiet every time I’ve visited, but I guess I’ve missed the lunch rush and late-night crowd. — The staff here have been caring and professional in every interaction we’ve had. It’s a pretty stark contrast to the KFC across the street, where I’ve had to wait on the staff to stop joking around and attend me more times than I can count. My last experience at this Whataburger, in particular, was a standout: after my order was taken, my table was approached several times by different staff members asking if we were satisfied with our food and if we needed(you name it): napkins, sauces, a refill. When we first set foot in the restaurant we were greeted, and when we left we were thanked. The entire time we were there, we saw staff walking around the tables, making sure everything was clean. It’s small stuff, but it makes a difference. I don’t always crave a Whataburger, but when I do I eat here.

SLOW Service when I went through the drive-thru window. I requested sauces for my chicken strips and although I repeated my request several times during the order, I was frustrated to find that THEYFORGOTTHEMANYWAY! It is frustrating to be insistent upon something and discover that although they hear you… THEYDON’T LISTEN!!! Also, requested specific ingredients on my sandwich but again, THEYDIDNOTLISTEN and neglected to make my sandwich as I wanted! I don’t ask for much but do ask that I be HEARD when ordering! Never mind, I’ll just go somewhere else next time!

I’m feeling very generous tonight so I’m going to be nice. This actually did impress me what happened tonight. Normally I would never say wonderful things about Whataburger, but tonight I will change that. Never was a huge fan of their burgers and some would call me a heretic since I’m from TX. Never really did it for me. But late night drunk food it is good for. Anyone that frequently is intoxicated or frequents Whataburger knows that they have the greatest taquitos that are only served from 11pm to 11am. That’s all well and good, but tonight I knew that I was not going to be able to sleep and I decided I was hungry and knowing the only thing around for food was the QT gas station or Whataburger I was resigned to grabbing some potato, egg and cheese taquitos. The whole review and the amount of stars I gave came down to 1 thing. Diane, the very nice night shift woman, was not only friendly at 4:30am, but she straight up asked me if I wanted a glass of water at the window. I have NEVER, in all my years of eating at ANY drive thru window been asked if I want a glass of water. Most fast food employees are so bitter and pieces of shit that they treat people like crap, but this woman went out of her way to make me feel good. Then when I replied«yes thank you I would like a glass of water», she handed me… not the standard clear mini solo cup with no lid that 99.9% of places would give you… but the largest glass they offer. I didn’t even ask for it. If there’s one thing I hate is the peon glasses they give to the water drinking customers. So thank you Diane! You made mine a pleasant evening, or morning… or whatever… I can’t speak for the day staff there, but the night staff clearly rock…

My coworkers and I were on a business trip and we stopped by to get some food. I ordered a chicken sand which, chocolate shake and fries, all large, so it totaled to about $ 10. Everyone else ordered regular sized food and sodas so it was about $ 6– $ 7 for them. The food was fresh, and the fries were hot. We all got stuffed, some more than others, and we all enjoyed great costumer service. While we were there, a child threw all this trash and open ketchup on the floor by the trash can. By the time it hit the floor there was a worker waiting and ready to clean it up. Which really showed they know how to take care of business and care for the costumers.
