The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and really did their best to keep the customer first. Whether it is calling them at 3am because my alarm panel isn’t doing what I think it should be or making sure that all inspection items are followed up on they were fantastic. I worked with Tom on a few different occasions and he is a true gem. Security is something you may not always think you need, but the world isn’t getting any nicer. I’m so glad I’ve protected myself.

We use Olympic Security for both our house and our business location. Tom was so helpful when we were planning what we needed for the business. Everyone on the team seemed knowledgeable. I wish we would have also had the fire system installed. We have had employees set off the alarms twice now and they have been so helpful! They aren’t the cheapest company out there, but I think their prices were a good value, considering the excellent customer service.

They did a nice job with our small commercial install, but their service left much to be desired. They were disorganized, poor communicators, and the staff didn’t seem to work well together. They were never able to get our address correct, and the woman in Accounts Receivable always acted like they didn’t need our business anyways.
