We just bought a home that came with a(undisclosed, broken) spa. The two young men, who came out twice, to work on our spa were completely respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Chuck helped me by phone and a visit. They go above and beyond. Can’t wait to try out our now working spa.

I had this company come to my address to give me a bid to see what it would cost to FINISH(frame and leveling was done) putting up a 27′ round above ground pool. I was informed by the driver of the van know as «stepdad», that due to liability they wouldn’t be able to take the job. However the passenger in the van spoke up and mentioned he could do it on his days off. I hired(1st big Mistake) him/them to assemble the pool on an hourly wage(2nd big Mistake) in between there smoke breaks and standing around… they managed to get nothing accomplished for the exception of weeding, and cutting up an old pool liner. brand new liner was takin out of box, put up and filled to a certain point. They came back the next day and informed me the liner is to small. I called the company to which I bought the pool liner and they told me not only is it common knowledge within the pool industry that this is a necessary step for assembly… that you have to warm up the liner(sun, or in a warm room) before putting it up, so it will stretch when and where needed. I have paid these individuals(that gave me a business card with four seasons name on it) telling me they could get the job done. I already paid them(3rd mistake) 240.00=4 hours labor to put up a pool liner that needs to be drained so the sun can do its thing and they told me they would come back and drain it .they never came back when they said they would. They haven’t returned my text or phone calls… so far as I can tell this must be a reflection of the business and there work ethic… TOBECONTINUED… Ill keep you posted!!!
