I just got my membership The employee was deceitful and billed me for a more expensive membership. .I ignored it, 2 weeks into my membership I forgot my wallet in the tanning room, I was gone 5 minutes and ran back in there to get it. It was gone with $ 600 cash(birthday money from family), numerous credit cards, drivers liscence, gift card to Academy $ 200 There was only one employee there and she advised me there was no wallet. I called the police and did a theft report. I contacted management … Guess what their reply was… We have never had a theft problem here! Really…, not one friggen company can say they have not experienced it. Here is what I do know, my wallet grew legs in that tanning room. For management to discredit my concern is very troubling and shady. I would never recommend anybody to do Buisness with you I’ve cancelled my membership.

Bought their Diamond membership(their top level) for my girlfriend today. On her first tan the girl working called the police because we were still in the room at 10:57pm. They close at 11. My girlfriend was cleaning the bed to be helpful!!! I have never experienced such bad customer service. Not only did Megan’s actions cost your company the highest monthly income you get from a membership but a brand new customer as well.
