Panda Express

Chow mein was burned in some places and undercooked in others. Yes I realize it’s called Pepper chicken, but way too much pepper. Veggie spring rolls were bland and mushy. Cream cheese rangoons, the cream cheese was grainy and tasted a bit off.
Service was ok.
Orange chicken and green bean chicken was average.

Came here at noon on Wednesday. Spent 2 min in drive thru, most of which was deciding what to order. Paid $ 8 for an entrée, side, and drink. Food is good. Would eat here again.

I really like the food. It’s the best I’ve had out all the fast food Chinese chains. However I always go through the drive through and without fail every time I order something the response is «there is an x minute wait on that would you like to wait or get something else?» Not just once in a while but EVERY time. I always wait hoping whoever manages the place will eventually get the idea that yes this is a fast food restaurant and the food is supposed to be ready. I don’t care if it’s late and you don’t want to lose money on unsold food at the end of the night.
I’ll continue to go I suppose at least until another better chain comes out with managers who can figure out how to manage food preparation.

Yesterday I went around 11:30 AM in the drive thru and my food was ready shortly after I arrived at the window and it was great! However, about a week ago I met my friend for lunch here and though my plate was made right away, my friend ordered something that wasn’t ready yet and they FORGOT about her. We waited about thirty minutes until she had to go up and ASK & the girl was like, «oh sorry I forgot.» I felt that they were understaffed but it’s still irresponsible to forget about a guest.

I don’t know why people are hating. I always have great customer service, speed of service, and quality of food. Keep up the good work guys.

I like Panda Express. It’s not quality Chinese food. It’s on the same level as McDonalds or Sonic. So I’m not giving a review based on the food. With fast food Chinese you either like it or you don’t.
I’m giving this place a one star because of the staff. I’ve never felt so insulted by staff in my entire life. Over the speaker the employee was pretending to sound like a Chinese woman. When I got to the window the idiot (fat Mexican guy) continued the act. I don’t know what he was trying to accomplish but I found it childish and offensive.
Calling the manager to complain and I’m never going back to this place. And you can bet your bottom dollar that I’m going to be spreading the word about the garbage employees at this establishment.
