I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS D/​C ever 2 to 3 week for ABOUT 2 yrs ! I looked pass the lack of training and poor customer service mainly because it was close to home! I will drive to Plano before I give them one more red cent of my money! The customer is never right and the manager comment was «we’re human we make mistakes»… But they don’t want to pay for those mistakes! PLEASE PEOPLE!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION! they don’t value you as a customer !!

I have never used a dry cleaning service before, but I’m positive I won’t be back here again. The young lady working up front has the worst attitude I have seen. If you can’t handle customers & surely do not have any patience whatsoever, maybe you shouldn’t be working around them. The young man up front, however, is more tolerable but neither are customer service oriented. Thus, this place won’t see my business anymore. I’d be willing to look drive miles down the road than to deal with this. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is merely because I feel my clothes looked pretty good, but what do I know about dry cleaning since I’ve never used it before. Hope my review is helpful.
