Dry Clean Super Center

I have been doing business with this cleaner for 3 years. I was overall happy with their service until they destroyed my scarf. The first time I went to pick it up they lied and said it wasn’t ready. The second time I went to pick up they lied again and stated it wasn’t ready it had a spot on it. At this point I asked to see the scarf and they explained to me they didn’t know where it was. I called the manager the next morning and she stated that they would replace it if I could send the information she would get it ordered the same day another lie. Three week later… I call for a follow up and she states she doesn’t know the status. I asked her if it would be better if I called the owner myself. She now says if you could come by and fill out a claim !!! More run around!!! If a business wants to lose regular customers this is definitely the example to follow
