Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered a Papa Johns Pizza from here on a Monday night, did not arrive for an hour, then proceeded to call the store and all I get is a 20 minute recorded tape about how good the pizza is supposed to be…
This ruined my night and I will not order from here again.
Oh and by the way, the pizza never arrived.
Horrible.

I placed a pick-​up order for 8 wings, but only received 7. Since I used a 50% off code, it wasn’t worth my time to go back for that missing wing.

I live nearby and I have picked up pizzas here a few times (never ordered for delivery). Nothing amazing, but no real complaints either.

I’ve tried them a few times and they just don’t care.
Poor customer service, ok pizza. I’m giving up, time to go to competition.

what happened to simply ordering a pizza for a cheap meal?
Wade through the endless coupons, (may of which they don’t honor),

Zero response on picking up the phone… an hour + over the quoted delivery time. DO NOT order online if this is your local store. You will get charged, never see your pizza, and the Corporate customer service can’t do anything about it. They don’t even pick up when corporate calls…
Can’t believe this place still has franchise rights.

I ordered a pizza at 10 pm with the email confirmation saying it would take 30 – 40 mins. I immediately call and give them a better number to reach me at. After 50 minutes go by, I call the store and they apparently tried to deliver but never called. They will me it’ll be 5 mins. I then call 20 minutes later asking for status update. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and then claim the driver is 2 minutes away. I then wait another 20 minutes and driver never showed. To add a note, this is all from a store less than 2 miles away. At this point, it would have been better for me to WALK there than deal with this delivery service. I called the store again and they are gonna give me a refund. But this is after I’ve waited over hour and half for a pizza I never received.

Worst Papa John’s in America. Order took over an hour and then it was wrong. Sorry, but no time for second chances with fast food pizza. Never had problems with dominos or Pizza Hut so that’s it — no more papa. App deleted, case closed.

This location needs to bring up its game. Delivery time is consistently over 45 minutes. They totally scrimp on the toppings. Adding a tip does nothing to improve their service time. Pick Brick’s over this Papa Johns.
