I went online to order my pizza for dinner @ 7:15pm. I got a confirmation email saying my order would be delivered between 30−40mins. So at 8:15 I call and ask why haven’t I received my order yet. The person then tells me with an attitude that they have a new employee(a new female driver) and that they are slightly running behind today. I said ok I understand u may have a new employee and that u maybe running behind but your website says between 30−40mins and even if u were behind it shouldn’t take an hour to deliver my order. He then tells me ma’am your order will be there shortly & that I will NOT have to pay for my order because it will be on them. So we both hang up. 20 mins later I call back and the same guy picks up the phone. I ask him again what’s taking my order so long to get delivered to me. He then tells me that the new employee female driver maybe lost. So I said the natural thing to do is to contact the customer if the driver is lost to ask for further directions or if the driver is running behind and late to contact the customer because it’s the driver’s responsibility to do so. The guy then says with an attitude I will call her and find out where she is but again ma’am like I said your order is on its way. So all of a sudden about 5 mins later the young female new employee calls me and says ma’am I’m lost and don’t know where u are located. So I gave her easy and very specific directions to my house. Even given her close by key point areas so she knew she was going in the direction. She and I hang up the phone. She calls me back 10 mins later and then says that I won’t believe this but she’s not able to get into my gate when I have already given her specific directions on how to access the front gate and how to navigate from the front gate to my house. I explained to her my frustration and how it’s been well over an hour and I still haven’t gotten my order. She then uses profanity and says fuck & she tells me that she’s on her way and will be there in a second. Needless to say she NEVER showed up. So at 9:08pm I contact the pizza place again and & I ask to speak to management. I informed management that I didn’t want my order any more, that I have had it, that they need to cancel my order and that I will never ever order from them again. The manager(female lady) said, ma’am I see your order here and I am so sorry for the inconvenience it has caused. The manager offered to give me anything I want no matter what the cost and that the company would be paying for it. I told her ma’am that sounds all nice in all but it’s 9:15pm and I still haven’t ate. My daughter and I are hungry and there’s no reason why I have to wait two hours for my order. I explained to her it’s too late because now I would have to wait an additional 30 – 40 mins for yall to bring it to me and there’s no guarantee that u will make it here within that time frame. Even if I agreed to that I certainly don’t want that new employee of yours to deliver to me because she’s already proven she can’t be trusted. She never called me back and said ma’am I still can’t find u or nothing and she used profanity on the phone while speaking with me. So I told her I have given up. The manager tells me not to worry she will fire her and speak with the gentleman who I spoke with earlier who was rude and had an attitude on the phone with me. She also said she was sorry and apologized for all the inconvenience it has caused and she informed me that I will NOT be charged for the transaction order at all. Needless to say I had to get dressed and go to Taco Bell and get something to eat for dinner. So by the time I made it back home it was well after 9:30pm. By the time I got home my daughter was so tired she barely ate and fell asleep so I had to put her to bed. Shaking my head. So I never got my pizza. I will never order from them again. I would not recommend them to anyone else. Poor customer service and poor excuses. All I got was excuses after excuses with no food.

This was my first time ordering at this location and it was on the rangers 50% off day so it was crazy busy. Everyone in that whole team seemed like a well oiled machine and the manager was awesome how he delegated and was completely professional. When pointing out my order to his team when preparing my order he referred to me as the gentleman in blue with the order name as(used my name). And for some reason they were having an issue with my order because the extra large pizza I ordered was sticking to their baking sheet. So they rebaked it. Even with the issue, the experience was great, because the manager was incredibly nice, attentive, and everyone could see how he was great with his team as a leader. Goodness these guys are hard workers and need crazy high raises! And no I don’t have any reason to post this except I work in customer service and I really appreciate hard work and professionalism even in chaotic situations.

Customer service was great. I went and picked my order up. The lady taking my order was very nice and personable. The lady making the pizzas was working hard and diligently. I did notice how she came to the front to use the computer. She used her bare hands to type on the computer. As she uses her bare hands to roll and toss that dough, I hope she washes her hands in the transition of using the computer and playing with the dough. But I guess these are the chances of dealing with fast food restaurants.

I ordered from here for pizza to be delivered to my job, I ordered it online right at 11:00 am. They had it delivered, quick, hot and order was correct. I was concerned at the time ordering because I didn’t feel that it was the closed Papa John’s location to us and by the time they delivered it would be not hot or a little cold. But there were no problems, and after I read the other couple reviews it made me nervous as we waited for ours. I guess just depends who might be working and what time you order. I also had to call this location to let someone tell the driver that the number on the account was home number and to give them another number in case the delivery person got lost. Scott I believe was his name mentioned he would text the driver and let them know, so I appreciated that.

I’d give a zero star if I can. Extremely rude lady employee at the counter. I also saw her eating from the the ingredients counter while making the pizza. Will never order at this location again.

will never order from your establishment again. customer service line was rude, unable to help me after being on hold for 21 minutes, then the local store, spoke to Jay the so-called manager who was unable to help me, asked me to call back in an hour that he was busy with a huge order. never again will I use the future order they cannot change order or help you until two days before, I am sick of their lame excuses and not being able to put the customer first, ironically they are able to use caller ID to tell you who you are, but you cannot edit or change an order on line because ot their lame excuse about being across the country and cannot make changes on their website. I cannot even write the feedback on the company website because their is NOSEND button, it let’s you fill it out then you can not send your complaint. I hope that they go out of business I really do, there are other local pizza places I would rather support
