Just another cookie cutter chain fast food place. The food is expensive and not tasty at all. If you want good Asian food and a laid back and casual atmosphere, just go to any one of the DOZENS of mom and pop type places here in Arlington.

Dirty, dirty, dirty tonight. And is wasn’t extremely crowded. I can understand(I guess) if one gets behind sweeping the dining room when it’s really busy but tonight was all over plain filthy. Even the drink station was dirty with the silver ware ledges(where the knife, fork, and spoon containers sit) being covered with crumbs and what looked like regular dust. Management needs to step it up a notch… or three and have someone stay on top of things. In addition, most tables were dirty and we had to wipe one off ourselves.

We were almost finished with our entrees before our appetizers arrived. When we questioned the timing we were told«that is how our kitchen works!» The Kung pao chicken was almost too oily to eat. The brown rice was hard. Most of the empty tables had been bused but not wiped off. Worse experience at a Pei Wei ever.

Sorry, this was for the Hurst location. We stopped going there and my wife informed me that she went there because it was closer to the other food we were picking up. I thought we were not going to that one anymore due to the food getting progressively worse over time. The one on Collins does a great job. Changing the 3 to 4 for Collins restaurant. The review and pic are from the Hurst location not the one on Collins. Wasnt gonna share but would be great if the cook takes just a couple of extra seconds to make sure there arent big clumps of white rice left standing in the fried rice. That would just be perfect. And just incase the restaurant reads these it is getting progressively WORSE. Maybe you guys are too busy. Still better than other places around flavor wise.

Had the Pei Wei Spicy based on a review here. I added shrimp and noodles. I opted for the large portion and it was plenty. The veggies were fresh and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The amount of spices was just right; not too spicy, not too bland. The food came in lightning quick fashion. I had a 22 ounce ice cold Kirin ICHIBAN to accompany the meal. Good food, good beer, quick service. I will continue to patronize.

On two different occassions during my meal, I bit down onto an unfamiliar tecture when attempting to enjoy my small order of Kung Pao Chicken and pork eggroll. After the second time, I got a little grossed out and just finished my noodles instead. The flavor was good for the pieces of chicken I did get to enjoy. Warning: If you sit near the soda machines, you will have SEVERAL fruit flies joining you for lunch :/

I think this whole chain hires cute, young girls to man the cash registers but none are very bright… maybe manager’s girlfriend??? We ordered Mongolian beef with noodles. My fiancé said he does not like rice… so she ignores the noodle request and they bring it with neither! They bring the 2 appetizers AFTER the entrée. Drink machinge not working… need I say more? Oh, and no one smiles… especially the one taking the order and slow as Christmas…

Pei Wei is apparently the«little sister» of P.F. Chang’s, so my expectations were automatically very high. Well, this location quickly met, then exceeded those high expectations! I had a 4-piece Spicy Tuna Roll and the Kung Pao Chicken. Both were very good, though the tuna roll was a bit dry. Great fresh flavors on the Kung Pao… perfectly spiced! Portion size was probably larger than I needed for lunch, but I ate it all anyway! Lunch rush had just started when I arrived, but my food arrived less than five minutes after I placed my order. Atmosphere and décor: fun, clean, a little loud Service: magnificent! Food quality: as good as PF Chang’s Location: good… not great One final note: Any place that rolls out the Coca-Cola Freestyle automatically gets an extra half star from me! Where else are you gonna get a raspberry vanilla diet coke?

This place is kind of in a weird location but worth it if you find it. I have be coming to pei wei for years and have always ordered the pei wei spicy chicken which is always a safe option. The food is always prepared quickly and brought to the table promptly as well. If you want an option that is quick and good, this is your place for Asian«fast food» that tastes great.

I went to eat here tonight with a friend and his girlfriend. It was so packed that it was difficult to enjoy ourselves. Tables are wAy to close to each other. Food was good. Staff is friendly. My suggestion would be to get bigger location.

I love Asian fusion. Phở, beef and broccoli, and sushi are just a few different Asian dishes that I like from different Asian cultures. That being said, I’m not a fan of Pei Wei. It’s a fast food restaurant and they quickly whisk you through the line but you may be waiting on your meal. I came recently with two co-workers and they received their food a good 5 – 10 minutes before I received my food. Not cool. It’s not even like I ordered anything fancy or hard to make. I ordered chicken teriyaki, which was not very tasty by the way. They added sesame seeds to it and it was just gross. But I put on a happy face since it was my co-worker’s birthday and she wanted Pei Wei. Pei Wei is overpriced and if you’re truly wanting some sort of Asian cuisine, just go for the real deal. You’ll come out spending about the same(if not less) and getting more, tasty food.

We like some of their dishes. I love the Hot and Sour Soup. The other servings are getting a little skimpy in their size.

I love pei Wei but a recent order I had was disappointing. We ordered a number of meals with one being sweet and sour chicken. I realize food costs but the amount of chicken we received on a regular order was disappointing. See photo.

I like Pei Wei and I thought I would try their sushi rolls that they have been advertising on the radio. I don’t feel that the sushi rolls were worth the price since it doesn’t have enough tuna within the roll. If they had more of a filling I think it would be more of a success! I also wish they would bring the blazing noodles back!

Great food! The lettuce wraps are awesome! The adult meals are pretty big. I usually get the kids chicken teriyaki and can’t even finish that! Very filling and generous portions! Also, great place to take friends/family.

This is one of my favorites. When I finally buy a house, proximity to the nearest Pei Wei will be an honest consideration. Really good fusion type asain food. Similar to PF Changs with better prices and a more caual atmosphere. I’m a vegetarian, and there’s ample options for veg-heads like myself; you can get a number of different dishes with vegetables and tofu. My five year-old loved the honey chicken, which is great because I can’t get him to eat a damn thing other than mac and cheese.

Interesting concept. Customers would order at the registers, sit at a table, then the waiters would bring out the food to them when it’s ready. Atmosphere — Casual. Good for lunch and dinner(more so lunch). Food — Decent. Each dish came with a side of rice. Service — Great service. Staff was attentive and friendly. Price — Perfect for college students.

Definitely a step above Panda Express. It’s fast Asian food. It’s not exactly authentic but it’s no bad either. I enjoyed the Japanese Chili Ramen and their Thai River Beef noodles. The Spicy Korean Chicken was a bit too salty for my liking and they were very nice about fixing it. +1 star for efficient and friendly service. I am addicted to their mandarin iced tea. Squeeze a few orange slices and add some sugar and that drink(with free refills!) is perfect for cooling the palate after a heavy hand of yellow mustard. If I’m looking for fast Asian eats around the mall area, this is the place. Is it my favorite place to get my stir fried noodles on? No, because there are better places and everything else sorta tastes the same. But it’s not bad at all for a cheap meal with plenty of leftovers. Ooo and they serve brown rice! :D
