DONT do it!!! I know what you’re thinking, it’s Pizza Hut, they gotta have some standards and how bad could it be? Oh, it’s baaaaad!!! After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes (the eta was 35 mins) and hearing my stomach start to rumble, I finally get the soon to be anticlimactic knock on the door. It’s my pizza, yaaay! Um, no… please see this pics and judge for yourself. I ordered extra cheese and pepperoni and I get a pizza with portions of missing cheese? It was so cold and stale tasting, I literally threw it out after eating two slices… the wings were horrific and in a kind of watery sauce, and how they are okay delivery a fully crushed container, is embarrassing for the brand. I grew up on Pizza Hut, but this is pizza DON’T. You have been warned!

We got the red pepper crusted pizza with BBQ sauce drizzled on top and it was great! Only negative thing was it took a very long time. Thank god we were watching Red Cliff while waiting for the pizza (great movie, by the way)!

This place is a hot mess — save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. It’s PH so I’m not expecting anything spectacular but I just keep hoping that that next experience will be better, and every time I am proven wrong. I’ve had everything from wrong orders delivered to deliveries long past the estimated or even a reasonably late time. You can’t find out how long your order will take till you’ve placed it and last night when it said 2 hours, I called instantly to cancel. They said they’d put a rush on my order and asked me not to cancel but I explained I was not interested and I was told that my order had been voided. Just past 10pm, a delivery guy showed up with my cold order and tried to convince me to accept it despite telling him I had canceled this over 2 hours ago and no longer wanted it. Had to call the store manager and demand a refund.

Horrible Service I got the wrong pizza with no sauce (just bread and cheese) and when I called them to let them know that they delivered the wrong pizza, the manager, Reva, hung up on me. He was extremely disrespectful. All I can say is that they made me hate ordering from Pizza Hut.

first off the «pizza»… it is pizza hut, so it is by definition nothing to write home about. It borders on barely passable. This is not unique to this location, but the chain as a whole.
the delivery time is hit or miss. I have had my order get here in 30min or less and other times where I was told the wait time was over two hours.
delivery is hit or miss as well. Today was a disaster. The person delivering the «pizza» got here in a good timeframe, but couldn’t figure out where to park. The other drivers have no problem with this. I was willing to go down and meet him, since he didn’t know where the park. He told me he was by the dumpsters, so I confirmed where he was, and it sounded like he was clueless as to where he was. I told him to take the food back at that point and hung up on him.
Last time I order from there which is unfortunate since they deliver and are «close» to my office.

I made my order and when I picked up my pizza, the person who served me made sure my order was correct. They accidentally forgot to add the four extra sauces I ordered, but the man was on it and put the sauces in a nice brown bag. The place did not smell in any way and it is clean. Hot pizza, thoughtful workers that’s something that gets a good rating.
And to those who seem to complain about delivery, you do understand that they are under staffed and only have so many delivery guys to deliver your pizza. If you’re going to complain about having to wait for a long time, why don’t you get it yourself? Or if you don’t have a car, get a friend to help you. The delivery guys have to go out of their way delivering multiple pizzas, and having to drive through traffic, get lost because their gps is being silly and so forth. This isin’t a five star restaurant that services your needs and is there with a click of a finger.
Overall, I enjoyed this place and I will be coming back when I’m in the mood. Keep it up guys!

Our pizza is now almost an hour and a half late. This is the third time. No sorry, no return, nothing. What a horrible company. Don’t order here.

WHY WHY did I not take the other reviews seriously! Ordered at night, and an hour and 15 minutes later, my food was still not here. I called to cancel but then they told me the guy was on his way. When my food finally arrived, it was so cold I had to microwave one portion and threw my dessert portion away as it was gross.

If I can give it less than a star I would. The food was good but the place is extremely dirty, insects were coming out of the restroom crawling towards the kitchen. When I spoke to the cashier he insisted I’m wrong and the pest control just inspected the place. I’m not sure what are the health criteria for Arlington county restaurant health department.

I ordered at the site. The waiting area smelled moldy scum. The food was fine and the cashier was thoughtful and fine. They just need to give the place a good cleaning and then keep it clean.

AVOID. This place is awful. I’ve ordered a few times and both times they’ve showed to late, so I called and they put me on hold for about ten minutes. This last time they told me it would be here in another few minutes and it took another thirty minutes. And the pizza was luke warm. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I like Pizza Hut. But this one just can’t get it right. I’ve ordered a few times and every time my pizza is cold when arrived and not baked enough. I haven’t tried carry out to see if it’s the same.

What can I say… I had guests in from out of town and we needed something hot to eat so I ordered from this Pizza Hut, bad decision. My order took over two hours to arrive, and to make things worse, they got the order wrong not to mention the food was cold. I called the store to see about having the correct order redelivered to me but that would require another 2+ hour wait. Don’t think I will ever do business with them again. What a joke.

Just dont. Over the years I have had so many bad experiences here. It is poorly run and managed. Tonite — their store was falling apart around them — yet they kept taking orders and kept taking money. No pizzas were being served. I arrived when my pizza was suppose to be ready. My money was taken — no explanation of delay or anything. 45 minutes later — my ticket is lost. The guy who took my money is playing clueless. I hand my receipt to the manager. They can find one of the pizzas. But they have no idea where the other pizza is. I say I dont want to wait while they make a pizza from scratch. Guy who took my money starts coping attitude. No idea how long the first pizza had just been sitting there. I just walked out. What a shitty place.

I have only ever placed an order online and picked it up myself. From that perspective, the pizza has always been what I ordered and was ready at the estimated time. As far as pizza goes: it’s Pizza Hut, and for a Pizza Hut it’s just fine.

Avoid this Pizza Hut at all costs. When you order online, it doesn’t say how long it will be until after you place the order and the usual deliver time is 1 – 2 hours.
i recently received the wrong order and when I called the number to report it, no one picked up for 8 minutes before getting disconnected. I finally got through and told them. They said they would deliver the correct pizza in 40 minutes. They also did nothing to compensate me for the inconvience. You are better off ordering from any other pizza place.

Tow hour delivery suggested. Home the entire time. Called to follow up two hours later. Told us the driver called and left. No missed calls in our phones and no one came to our door. No apologies. Poor service. Too bad bc Pizza Hut is a favorite in our family. No longer the case w this location. Disappointed.

Horrible service. Did not get a call about my order or a delivery for over an hour and fifteen minutes. Finally had to cancel because could not a guarantee a delivery. No customer service. I will never order from them again.

The wings are delicious, but don’t go for the Garlic Parmesean. They are really greasy, salty and messy. I know, wings are messy, but these are gross. Of course, I’m comparing them to Buffalo Wild Wings, so that’s not entirely fair.
Anyway, I went in and had to wait about 30 minutes. Next time, I recommend calling in and ordering if you’re going to pick up.
