Booked a block of rooms for a family event in town. Booking was fine. Front desk staff seemed confused and handed out our gift bags with another guests weekend itinerary. No one got lost but it seemed weird. The common area space is lovely with lots of area to just visit with our guests. Including a wonderful courtyard, however at midnight a guard comes by and locks the door — even though she could see the 6 people sitting on the patio. We were able to walk around but not very hospitable. Never understand Residence Inn breakfast time on the weekends — ends at 10am. Food was good but potatoes tray always seemed empty. We will go back because the other hotels in the area are not as nice.

I was charged for a no show even though I had called Marriott who rebooked me to another Residence Inn! The manager, Michael Golembe, is completely worthless and has no sense of customer service or understanding! I refuse to ever stay in this hotel and will be sharing my dissatisfaction. Apparently, he is jealous that I did not stay at his hotel. I will always stay at the other Residence Inn.
