I literally just walked into Robeks, because a fried on the East Coast raved about it. I also felt under the weather so decided I needed to take some shots. I ordered a shot of wheatgrass and a shot of ginger and paid close to $ 9.00. Super pricey if you ask me. They were both 2 oz and super fresh, but still pricey. The menu at Robeks is huge, from protein to green juices to acai bowls, tons of healthy options. The best part of the experience was the customer service, the cashier was super friendly and courteous. I told her it was my first time and she also let me know of other locations in the area, so kind of her to look them up for me. I’d come back to try out their protein drinks, but probably pass on the shots next time.

We go here often. I really like the juice here. They have the taste that other juice bars dont have. Located right next to freeway makes us easy to navigate this spot. People here are friendly and reasonable price for the lucious fruit juice. What more can I say? Must try!!!

The baristas are always friendly. So tip them! There’s never a long line but they are always busy. However the wait isn’t long. Everything I’ve ever gotten was delicious and I don’t taste the protein powder. Some people are sensitive to taste so I like that you can add extra fruit to make it sweeter. I love coming in here on a hot day or(like today) after a rigorous workout.

Very good smoothies! I like that they use more fruits and veggies instead of juices. The lady who made ours(forgot her name. Older black woman) was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us. Will go again!

Wish there were a Robeks on every corner. Love the smoothies and fresh juices.

C’mon Robeks guy! This is a pretty typical smoothie joint with all the requisite drinks and enhancements. Why one star? Here’s why. At least three times in the past they have closed early with no notice or explanation. There were no mitigating weather conditions or anything, they just closed up early. One day it was closed at least an hour earlier than their advertised time, another day it was closed at least a half hour early, but then came the worst. My wife and I finished a workout at a nearby gym, and decided we have a smoothie reward. We walked down to the shop which had its OPEN sign illuminated. It was 10 minutes before 9. As we approached the door, the man inside spotted us and hurried up to the front door to try to lock it as we entered. He said«we’re closed!» and shooed us out. He then went over to the OPEN sign which hangs above there listed hours and turned it off. This is unacceptable. I have to note that the man who did this was not the same man who used to man the counter. In any case, their corporate office will be hearing from us. Edit: The corporate office responded promptly with an apology and some coupons, which was nice.

Stopped in for a smoothie during the Wags n’ Whiskers event this weekend because they were giving out coupons and samples. I was craving a Big Wednesday and my girl friend wanted the PB&J smoothie. Service was fast and friendly! The cashier even let me save my coupon for another visit and still gave me 10% off on my order. Score! Location is great though there aren’t any tables inside so be prepared to get your order to go. Big Wednesday was delicious — Strawberries, peaches, bananas, & papaya PB&J — I had a sip of my friends smoothie and we were amazed at how they made it taste exactly like a PB&J sandwich, only liquefied. It may sound gross but we were pretty amazed. they even somehow got the bread taste in there. I’ll definitely stop in the next time I am in Shirlington!

I always try to find something nice to say if possible … Worst smoothie ever! I tried the peach-almond milk smoothie. it wasn’t sweet, and the consistency was very watery. And what we’re those chewy tidbits in the bottom? But the real problem: there was not a hint of peach! You don’t expect much from peaches because they have a light flavour, but come on now. A $ 7 smoothie should be better than this! I should have read the reviews before I went in.

1.5 stars rounded up to 2. These guys only survive because they are in Shirlington and have a good product. The owners/managers are terrible, rude and clueless. I am surprised they are still in business. Avoid if you can.

Robeks has the worst customer service ever! The cashiers are rude, they robbed my son of his change($.60), and at $ 17 for 3 smoothies they could at least be polite and not try to skip over me in the line. In the future I’ll save myself the aggravation and take my business elsewhere.

This place is awful! I went there with a Living Social deal and they wouldn’t honor the paid value– I wasn’t even trying to get the promotional value. Today I went there for a Groupon deal and they took my punch card saying it was expired although it had no expiration date. They were so rude that I will never return.

Fancisco and Wilfredo seemed to have taken over this place full time and as long as they are running the shop, everything is A-OK. I banned this place for a while due to the inefficient operation but apparently the owner took notice that the shop was being run poorly and made some changes. Both Franciso and Wilfredo know how to manage lines, take orders quicly and make shakes in record time. My favorite shake is still the peanut power shake. I swear when I drink one for breakfast consistently, my stomach gets flatter despite the high sugar content. Also, Wildredo always recognizes my voice on the phone and says hello to me by name, without me mentioning my name first. :)

Just DON’T be in a hurry. Was there on a recent summer Saturday morning when a place like this gets a lot of business in the village setting. The two young gentlemen working were pleasant but had absolutely no sense of urgency to deal with the very long line. They chatted occasionally while one stood to watch the juice pour from the machine. Most of these places take multiple orders and utilize all of the blenders instead of doing one… at…a…very…long…time. Too bad for the rating because the smoothie was great.
