Smoothie King

They are always so nice here. Fast and convenient! This is the first smoothie King that I’ve seen that has a drive through. I come here before school starts especially when I haven’t eaten anything. They offer the smoothie King app for discounts and every receipt has a 99. Cent off of your drink or free enhancer of you do the survey. Just giving you the perks…

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by both employees behind the counter. They both were working on drive thru orders. The young man told me he would assist me as soon as he finished up. About 45 seconds later the young lady asked had I been helped and I haven’t so she proceeded to take my order. Took about 5 minutes to get it. Overall, it a pleasant experience.

Just bought my son and I Caribbean way’s and they both tasted like nickel/​metal. I love this place but that had literally put a bad taste in my mouth. Shift leader did take down my information and offered two free smoothies with my receipt, but still not feeling like going back.

Why does it take so long In the drive thru!!! Really smooth is king. Management needs to fire the entire staff and start over or just get rid of management and start over. Either way something needs to change

As soon as I walked in someone made eye contact with me, greeted me, and said something like «Welcome to Smoothie King». And the guy that did the greeting was hurriedly making smoothies as well. So I guess they heard about their crappy customer service and are trying to correct the problem.
I waited 10 or 15 min, but why would I expect a two minute smoothie? If you have ever made a smoothie that requires getting 5 or more ingredients AND measured ingredients to make sure amount is specific to cup size, then you will understand the wait. If you are a whiney gripe-​a-​lot that is used to McDonald’s and you’ve never worked in the restaurant industry then of course you do not understand the wait.
There were 2 customers in front of me inside and probably 2 in drive thru at the time I went — around 10AM Friday. Friday is $ 5 day. $ 5 for a 32 ounce. So I would imagine Friday afternoon and evening will be busy.
Drinks are delicious. No complaints there. I tried a smoothie with almond butter for the first time and it was so much better than I imagined a drink with almond butter would be. Patio and inside seating were clean and comfortable.

My girl friend and I ordered a small and large smoothie we were the first ones in line,
we were there 20 min and they still got the order wrong. Needless to say we will not be going
back to this location.

Apart from an eye catching, modern design and infrastructure, the service is absolutely slow and lacking enthusiasm. I saw the complaints about the drive through, and when I came in it was definitely long. The wait inside was also bad. For the amount of orders they were getting I’m surprised they don’t have more blenders roaring.
Skip this establishment and go to the one on Matlock Rd.

Wow this place is a joke. I came here a few weeks after they opened and man the wait in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me was 25 min! Shame on me for not leaving after 10 min.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait in the drive thru for 45 mins. No joke, the employee excuse was «there’s only 2 of us» however I saw at least 3.

If I were the management in this location, I would think real hard about either training your employees or hiring a new bunch fast! Ordered a shake, that took about 5 minutes for the girl to know which one I was ordering. It’s on the menu… It’s not rocket science. Only then for her not to know how to use my rewards to redeem a free small smoothie. Waited about 15 minutes with only one other person ordering behind me. Then it’s the wrong smoothie flavor. I ask them if they have a chocolate one thinking maybe they got it confused only to be told I didn’t order my smoothie like I wanted it. Yes I did! I told the girl twice chocolate. Major attitude from the staff and incompetency of your own menu. While waiting each time someone drove through the drive thru the girl didn’t know which smoothie they were ordering. This is an absolute mess! I threw my smoothie away and will never visit this location again. I’ll keep going to the mat lock location where there, they know what they are doing!

I think this is the first day that I opened. I don’t think they were ready. Took me 14 minutes to get from ordering to actually having my smoothie in hand. When I finally came up to the drive thru window they said my smoothie wasn’t ready so they had me park… where I waited and waited. Also my smoothie wasn’t quite full. Not a great first showing, but we’ll try again.
