I usually love eating at Sonic, and they’ve never let me down before. today I got a bacon burrito w/egg & cheese. got back to my office to see they didn’t bother with the bacon. I called them back and I get a free one on my next visit. I’ve already had a crappy day, and having a crappy burrito made the day look like it’s not going to get any better. How can you forget to put the main protein in a burrito? Come on guys, step it up.

Typical sonic. They are pretty quick here with your order but inaccurate a lot of times. Definitely check your order before you leave. Other than that good ice cream for the price.

Food is good, but check every bag before you leave. These people can NEVER get anything right. Mark my words.

Sorry shakes! Ordered a mint chocolate shake that was awful. Nothing more than a vanilla shake with squirts of mint and chocolate. And not enough chocolate to give it flavor on top of that. It was a Sunday afternoon and service was slow too.

I was a Sonic virgin prior to coming to Texas. I’ve been to several states and they are even opening some in my state and surrounding areas… but never went to one. We had driven several hours and hit this one for my «first time.» Now, I was clueless. I saw they had these«drive in parking spots» but I wanted to see a real menu so we walked«inside.» Okay, there is no «inside» of Sonic! LOL So my husband and I got back in the car, parked at a spot and ordered beverages. It’s kind of cool — you go to your own spot, press the button, place your order… you can either pay with your credit card at the spot or pay in cash when they deliver your order. Oh, and another thing: is it bad form to tip the attendant? We tip for everything in NY, and yet they seemed to not wait around for it. ?? Now I will say this: I wasn’t too jazzed about their burger menu or food choices overall(we weren’t there to eat the first time though), but everyone has raved to me about their limeades, slushes and other drinks. We both ordered cherry limeades since they seem popular. And it was Happy Hour, so half price drinks(not shakes though). OMG. Definitely worth the hype. We tried the cherry lime slushes(not on menu exactly but you can add flavor to it) the next day… I prefer the limeade over ice but to each their own(everyone told me I was crazy lol). Now the food… meh. We needed to be somewhere quickly and the only thing I could think of was Sonic breakfast(hey, have to start somewhere). Blech and blech. Well, maybe that not bad. But ^shrug^ call me crazy, I prefer McDonald’s for fast food b-fast. I had a Texas Toast egg and sausage sandwich, hubby had a croissant sandwich. Pretty nonplussed. Their tots are ok… but not enough for me to crave them. We are excited to see that some Sonics are opening just across the river for us in NJ… enough for us to take a car and get to the nearest drink menu!
