I was looking for a place that has good burritos, but I didn’t want to pay a lot for a burrito(Chipotle anyone?). So when I bought a burrito here, I was surprised how big it was for a little over $ 5. The burrito was SOGOOD! I love the salsa that came with it. It gave the right spicy kick for my burrito. I will definitely be back! :)

Gave Tu Taco a try today with a couple co-workers. I tried a variety of tacos in combination with rice and beans(the sides were GREAT). Everything including the mexican coke was very good; this will be on the regular rotation for us. The salsa is on the mild side but of high quality. There is a sign on the side of the building that says 20 tacos for $ 20; we decided this was more of a dare than an ad and we may take them up on that next time! Tu in spanish is your; go make Tu Taco Your Taco!

The taco plate is legit. It’s cheap and authentic. I personally prefer my salsa a bit more spicy.

This place is awesome. Amazing tacos at great prices. The only thing is from the outside it looks like a crappy, cheap fast food taco place but it’s totally the opposite. Worth the stop if you want some real tacos.

holy moly where has this place been all my life! ive worked in the area for 2 – 3 years now and ive been going to DQ and prince lebanese and always see this place and think ehhh it doesnt look very good actually looks kinda shady. i need to stop being so judgey! lol ive been there 4 times now… sadly 3 of the times have been day after day LOL im already the duke HAHAHHAHAH. fat alert! so the menu is very easy they made combo meals that you just cant beat for the money. i always get the #13 tacos with rice and beans. or the quesadilla plate with rice beans and sour cream and guac. both these dishes for under 8 $ with a small drink. you’ll leave satisfied with any combo! ive tried the chicken, pastor, barbocoa, fajita. all good but pastor is my fav!!! ive been reading reviews and they say service is terrible. UHM. why do you go here and expect service. please get over yourselves lol. order your food eat at the table or go home. stop being so high maintenance. its a taco joint lets be real. lol sadly i will probably eat here tomorrow again for the 4th day in a row HAHAHHA they open till 12 midnight so greatness can be had at any time!

What a great little taco joint!!! Traditional in the sense that your tacos do not come with all the lettuce, tomato, and cheese. I ordered the taco plate(barbacoa) with rice and beans and an additional quesadilla frita(pastor). So the tacos were outstanding. Just the perfect amount of beef, cilantro, and onion. With just a squeeze of lime made it over the top. The beans were your standard canned fare and the rice really had no pizzazz. Now the quesadilla was much different than your normal quesadilla. It was like a gordita: fried bread. Nevertheless it was perfect. The only way I would have changed it would have been substituting cilantro for the lettuce. Now the downside(and it’s so minor): the wrapped fork I was given had not been washed. The napkin actually stuck to it. So I calmly asked for a disposable fork instead. Overall great place and reasonably priced.

So glad to find authentic Mexican near by. We got our order to go. The brisket tacos, sopes and gorditas were very good. Their salsas were spicy and delicious. We will be returning.

Best Tacos in Arlington. i accidentally went here last night, greatest accident ever! I had the fajita, bisteck, and pastor tacos, definitely THEBEST pastor I’ve had in a long time, for those who don’t know Pastor is not the same as Trompo tacos. Usually when i try pastor at other restaurants its just a meat with chile rojo kinda like a guisado on a tortilla, but not these! the meat is incredible just like a pastor taco should be. my husband got the tomatillo enchiladas with rice and beans, the rice is 100% authentic! the beans are like puerco beans, they have some spiciness to them absolutely amazing! we are actually having late lunch here today again! so glad i found this place.

I’ve been here a couple of time the food was decent but today it was terrible my steak was so tough and dry it was like eating beef jerky but with no taste.

Okay so I went through the drive thru and grabbed a crispy beef taco and a quesadilla meal. Service: decent, not rude but not polite, definitely wasn’t rushed Food: GETTHEPINEAPPLEJUICE it is amazing. The taco was great, better than any major franchise, tasted fresh. The quesadilla could have been more flavorful. Overall, I would come back if I was in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Typical of alike locales, service two thumbs down, low energy, no smile, no greeting. Waitress just kept going about her business even though she saw me come in, it wasn’t until she was done with her business that she rudely asked me, «para aqui o para llevar» in a very monotonial low voice. On a different note, in my quest to find the best tripa tacos in town I rank this at #4 on overall taste, la banqueta still holding the undesputed #1 spot. Tripas crispy and a little chewy but no gaminess to meat. Salsa verde pairs better with these tacos.

Authentic tacos for a good price. Roughly 1.25−1.50 per taco, they are small so I recommend at least 3. Really good fajita meat, I get 4 – 5 beef fajita tacos every time I go! Only complaint I have is that their limes are usually really dry but their sauces are super spicy and one of my favorites anywhere!

Tu Taco is my new go to for authentic tacos in Arlington! I had the brisket, carnitas, and barbacoa. Brisket is definitely my favorite. Corn tortillas are usually not my favorite but it worked here. Service is extremely fast and my favorite part about Tu Taco is that they have a drive thru! Prices are also very affordable.

Delicious, cheap street tacos y tortas. Just what you would expect from a taqueria. Fast and friendly service. I can see myself coming back. Frequently.

This place has grown on me. It isn’t going to blow you away with awesomeness. It does meet a good balance between a sit down restaurant and fast food. They even have a drive-thru. The tacos and burritos are comparable to most authentic Mexican places around the area. They also have menudo and pozole but I haven’t tried either. Tu Taco has worked its way into my weekly lunch schedule. I have never seen it packed. But then I don’t do lunch with the regular lunch rush crowds.

This place has really upped their game. Their supreme burrito which is a choice of meat with rice and beans and three other selections has become one of my go to foods on late nights. Their service has stepped up as well. They have taken to confirming all orders and engage each car through the drive-through with a smile. All food is prepared fresh to order the vegetables are crisp the rice cooked properly and the meat very tasty and well seasoned. All previous errors Noted in my previous review were corrected and as I have returned on a number of occasions showing a consistent level of food preparation, professionalism, service, and quality.

Two words: Traditional Tacos! Great tacos, that’s all I ever get. Its cheap, they have ice-cold Mexican Coke, and no one ever goes there unless there’s Mexican soccer on. Take advantage of this place and keep em in business! Love Tu Taco! Y’all go’n try em out now, ya hear!

This place isn’t that fantastic because the corn tortillas were not even fresh. Even the meat didn’t taste good. This place is getting 2 stars only because the tacos are cheap for a $ 1.25 and the pork roast tacos tasted decent. Otherwise I’ve had way better tacos in the Arlington area.
