Yaya cut my hair! I am black and ALL natural! So my hair is super thick/nappy/curly(whatever you wanna call it). I chopped my hair off by myself and it was terrible. She combed my hair out, and cut it in the style that I wanted. Washed and conditioned my hair and it was prefect! It was cool to see her cut my hair and not act like she was scared of my naps! She faded and edged up my hair really nice! She listened to what I wanted, and it was missing something. So she suggested her spin on it, and it was amazing!

Brought my mom here for the cutest short angled Bob. My mother suffers from a condition(scoriasis). I explained to the hairdresser that it’s not contagious. She gladly took my mom to the chair and worked on her with no qualms. I came here after going another saloon who’s stylist were very insensitive to my moms condition.

I always come to Supercuts for my haircut. I’m not super picky when it comes to who cuts my hair although I do prefer the same person cut every time. This place is always super busy on Saturdays but every other day it’s pretty much up in the air. Sundays seem to be the least busy and if you would like a recommendation on a stylist, ask for Erika. She is so sweet, carries a good conversation and has experience at this store. She is very friendly and I’ve only ever seen people wait for her, most others just take the first available. There is also another stylist I would recommend although I do not remember her name — she has blue hair(currently) and is also very friendly. The haircuts are currently $ 14.99 but there are always coupons online and in email if you sign up for them!

When the Style America suddenly closed that I have used for years, I starting hunting for a new place and found it in Supercuts. Very nice and helpful. They did an excellent job and I must admit that I appreciated having my neck wiped with a warm cloth to remove little hairs!

Great haircut, thanks to Darshis, but 3-star experience due to Betty, who loitered around the place instead of acknowledging customers who were waiting for a haircut. One gentleman even left while she sat around and fiddled.

My daughter and I recently moved to TX from CA and loved super cuts there so we decided to try this one out. Staff was very friendly, helpful with any questions we had and the service was fast, we didn’t have to wait at all. Could be because of it being a weekday. Anywho, great experience and welcomed us back when we were ready for our next trim/haircut. Nice!

Horrible service @ lincoln square Supercuts. I waited 40+ minutes to get a mens haircut and I was first on their list. They let two people in ahead of me(no idea why and no explanation), then they tried to let a guy who was third on the list in front of me and this other gentleman waiting. Extremely slow and unprofessional location. I just walked out.

Them: «Oh Kelicia I love your haircut!» Me: «Thank you girl!» Them: «Who did it for you?» Me: «I go to Supercuts in Arlington…» Them: «SUPERCUTS!!! They cut black people’s hair???» Yes…Yes they do :) They cut everyone’s hair! AND I LOVETHEM! Gone are the days where I have to sit in a beauty shop and wait 2 hours to get a style that I may half way like. I call ahead to let them know that I am coming, they take my name, and when I walk in they know who I am! The girls there are wonderful! Erika had been cutting my hair forever, but she had a little bundle of joy recently, so the past two times I went in, Cassandra has been doing my hair, and she is AMAZING! You tell her what you want and she does it! And 13.99 for a haircut is something I would pay twice over, and if I decide that i need it to be altered… then guess what? As long as I come within 7 days of my initial cut, they will fix it, foe free… say what??? I likes that! Tips: As a black woman I make sure that I wash and straighten my hair before I go. For anyone… just make sure that you call ahead, because sometimes they get busy… walk-ins are the norm there, so getting on the call ahead alleviates some of the wait.
