I should have known better when I called to make an appointment, and booked somewhere else. The woman who answered the phone was rude, almost as I’d bothered her by calling. Whatever, made an appointment. They were good enough to call the day prior to confirm my appointment. But when I found myself running late and tried to call(ten minutes in advance), there was no answer. I showed up at the door one minute after my appointment time(literally a minute) and was turned away. The doctor had already left for the day. I probably walked by her on my way to the door! So okay, showing up late to appointments is bad, I get that. My fault. But wow. A whole minute. Meanwhile the shop itself is smaller than a Target restroom. Looked to me like the entire exam takes place in a hallway next to the door. Wish I had a chance to see the doctor and report on that. Alas, it was too much for her to wait. Oh well.

Twice my husband has bought glasses frames and lenses here and twice they never called to say they were ready. It’s like an un-fun guessing game. Also this last time they pushed him to buy scratch less lenses which totally scratched at the 90 day out of warranty time period. Not a fan. Love Target but maybe will go elsewhere next time we need to purchase glasses.
