Waffle House

The service in here is better than the usual ‘Affle House. I didn’t hear ‘em talk sh** about us after they took our order.

We stopped in because it’s Thanksgiving & no one else was open. We were pleasantly greeted & given a table. The food came very quickly & was made perfectly. Our waitress was very kind & attentive.

I normally don’t even bother reviewing chains but this just needs to be known about this location. I just recently moved to this side of town and this is sad excuse of a Waffle House. None of the employees give a damn at all! It’s social hour in there for them for the few apparent regulars they’ve managed to keep.
This is my third time trying this location and every time I’ve gone it’s gotten worse. On my latest experience I go with one other person and we arrive and there’s a a couple people at the bar and a few tables occupied. Literally every other spot to sit was dirty. They had not cleaned up after the previous customers.
One of the staff tells us to choose where we would like to sit and then once we say where will sit cleans off those two spots. Umm, ok. Instead of the 4 or 5 of you standing around socializing don’t you think you should clean up? Meanwhile why we are waiting for our food two groups of 6 or more people come in. You’d think these servers would want to provide service, make some money, etc… Nope. They could care less. The first group had the same issue we did. They chose where they wanted to sit but it took at least 5 minutes for a server to come clean off their table. The next group didn’t even bother to claim a dirty ass table and chose to wait near the door. After 5 – 10 minutes of nobody talking to them or cleaning off a table they left.
Never again. Waffle House on Little Rd. needs to clean up their act!

When it comes to waffles and breakfast food. This place would be on my first option because they had this very good waffles and pancakes.
They also had this very good list of coffee that you will love to have every morning. Didn’t had any good coffee like this in any other places.

Classic Waffle House…
I had the Chicken Bacon and Cheese sandwich because I’m not a breakfast person by any means. It was really decent, just simple yet good. I got it with a side of hash browns, could’ve been cooked a little longer.
My boo got the Peach Waffles that he really liked, probably just a seasonal item.
Now that I realized it’s close to the house I’ll probably be stopping by more often.

Breakfast is good. Coffee is great. Service can be a bit slow. Make sure you tell them to not over cook the bacon! It’ll get too crispy thin.

I have had better. This was not what I expected from a service or meal experience. The staff was not great they had young kids from the hood working and running this place. The waffle house I am used to is normally staffed with good ol southern folks and some real cooking.
