Supervisor very rude, after I bought some yesterday’s bread he started questioning me what shall I do with the bread! what shall I do with it! of course eat it, who’s gonna resell bread! real rude and stupid.

I go to Jimmy Johns on a regular basis and I love the food, so I am giving this a 2 star for that reason. Based on the customer service in this Arnold Location, I would give this Jimmy Johns a 1 star at best!!! Every single time I go to this location (especially through the drive through) my sandwich is WRONG!!! Right now, i am eating a sandwich again that is not what I ordered because I’m already home and it’t too far to drive back. So ANNOYED!!!

I was bored working from home on a Friday afternoon and I got hungry for Jimmy John’s. I placed my order for my sandwich online, which the ordering process was fairly simple. I ordered a ham sandwich on whole wheat bread with a drink and a bag of chips. I will admit, the price did seem a bit steep for a sandwich shop, but it didn’t faze me a lot.
Not only ten minutes passed and I got a knock on my door, the sandwich arrived! Delivery service is what is promised on the commercials! Its crazy fast!
So what about the taste of the food? I am going to have to agree, it is also crazy good! The sandwich had ingredients that were very high in quality and the taste was excellent! I will definitely consider using Jimmy John’s again for a sandwich delivery service in the future!

I love this place! Thank goodness there is a Jimmy John’s in Arnold! Finally! Their sandwiches are soooo tasty & delish! I love the fact that they put cucumbers in their sandwiches. Soooo good. Makes the sandwiches even more crunchy! Not at a bad price too!
