I really enjoy eating at this place I have been here twice now already the food is very delicious I went on a Saturday afternoon and was seated right away I had the chicken strip meal and to my supreme I didn’t have to wait forever for the food to come out the roast beef sandwich is very good also I like their fries better than the chips I would eat here more often if the food wasn’t so expensive I highly recommend Sybergs!

Met my girlfriend here for lunch. Greeted with a smile and were seated immediately. Nice clean place with a casual atmosphere. Chicken dip was okay. Stale chips and really hard to actually use as a dip. Wouldn’t order again. My girlfriend got a chicken wrap. Pretty generic as she suspected. Now to the wings. Sybergs is known for their amazing sauce. I’m on board. Their sauce is awesome and I buy it from Schnuck’s on the reg. Only one complaint. I know the value of a chicken wing. $ 6.99 for six wings. Doesn’t take a genius to realize that’s a staggering $ 1+ each. So if you’re charging north of $ 1 for one wing, a cup of bleu cheese dressing shouldn’t be fifty cents. Seriously, Brett? As much money as all your stores make. On principle alone, I will never return.

After reading the negative reviews, we were a little hesitant but afterwards I must say«absolutely delicious». The service was great, the food was great, can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu. Syburger, sesame chicken and house salad were great.

I called ahead on New Years eve to make sure that this place was going to be open just to have a nice dinner out and have some kind of decent fun. The guy on the phone told me that they were closing at 1AM. Ok, great! This turned out to be a very disappointing excursion. I’ll explain. I walked into the place and this lady rushed at me with another lady with her. I didn’t know that this lady was going to be my server, or what because she was in plain recreational clothes. Turns out it was a patron at the bar, who was drunker than a skunk and she wanted to take a selfie with me. Ok, I obliged, it was New Years. Apparently, they closed their main part of the lobby, where I could sit down and have a decent meal. This was at 9:55PM, mind you. So if I wanted any decent food I would have to sit at the bar, in the bar stools. The bar had no decent seating arrangements whatsoever and their booths were located back at the part of the restaurant where they closed. As well, the bar had a live DJ, which was just a dude behind a laptop and every once in a blue moon, they had live karaōke. The music was loud. Painfully loud. The real server, Sharon, came to greet me and she gave me the menu. Their«late night» menu barely had any edible items. And there was only one item that had any resemblance of shark meat. Now, Syberg’s is an establishment that is well known for their entrees that have shark meat in them. It’s kind of like going to Chick Fil A, expecting to have a chicken sandwich and most of their menu is just either beef or pork, with only one sandwich having chicken. I ordered the grilled shark bites, being the only shark item on the«late night» menu and their Signature Chicken Pizza. On the topic of my server: Sharon did not seem to actually want to be there. I told her that there was hardly any shark on the menu and she responded that«it was the late night menu.» Well, no duh. I could have read that myself. And whaddaya know, the drunk lady came back and she wanted me to dance with her. She got so enthusiastic about it that she got on her knees behind my bar stool and started patting my buttocks to try to push me off the stool. I’m over 200 pounds, she was pretty skinny. Modern physics won over and her bar companion had to pick her up from the floor. Now onto my food items. The shark meat had decent flavoring, but the meat was so dry. And their Signature Chicken Pizza had barely any of the Syberg’s Signature Sauce on it. I can tell you something: the pizza smelled damn good when it came to my table. And when my $ 30 experience was over: I left the place with my ears ringing because the live karaōke was just too damn loud. And where was the manager? Don’t know and I don’t think he honestly cared. This place took over when the other establishment, Terraza Grill closed and this place was vacant for about a year. I will give this place 6 months to a year, solid, and this place will be vacant again.

Saturday afternoon after Christmas, half of the big screen tv’s on news and financial. When the hockey game starts every single tv goes to the local game. No bowl football. No ESPN. Crowded with locals but not the best sports bar.

Very loud and bar-like. Not a great place to take kids. Food is average bar fair and pretty expensive.

Love the wings, the Sygoons, and the potato skins here! A little too crazy and loud for me sometimes, but their happy hour is worth it!

Just like the one on Lindbergh only real busy. Good service, cold beer outdoor seating and plenty of tv’s for watching sports. Good music not too loud with plenty of parking. Waitresses, excellent. All good looking and hard workers. Mixed crowd, all ages. Overall, a very nice establishment.

Sybergs is one of those places that is just a mediocre experience, ya know? It’s basically bar food and it’s kind of ordinary. Nothing is very special and nothing really stands out. Of course, nothing is BAD either and the food and service are generally A-OK. It’s along the lines of a Chiles or Applebees. I’m giving it three stars.

This is a nice facility for Syberg’s. I’m happy for their success. We had the wings, bacon cheeseburger and a big salad with grilled chicken. All of it was fine. About Applebee’s caliber. Service was fine. We came early to sit outside on a nice day and have some happy hour apps. They advertise happy hour from 2 – 6, but that’s only drinks. The half price apps are 4 — 6 and we were too hungry to wait, plus we didn’t happen to want drinks on this occasion. I wouldn’t come here for anything but bar food. They do that just fine. Two and a half stars.

So the first few times we tried to eat here we couldn’t because the wait was over an hour. We made it for lunch. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was really good. Several weeks later we returned, not the same. I’m always disappointed when restaurants lack consistency. We will go back and try dinner sometime.

Went on Sunday for lunch around 11:00. Restaurant was somewhat full, but not packed. Ordered a salad and wings assuming my salad would come first… salad never showed and then here came the(lukewarm) wings. I had to ask the guy who brought my wings where my salad was at. It came out several minutes later. My wife ordered a chicken strip salad and the chicken strips on hers were cold. Our waitress never really came by to check on us once the food arrived… on the contrary, I had to flag her down for a refill of my drink. This is our third visit and the food/service has been spotty thus far. Need to step up your game as the new restaurant excuse will only last so long! Update: I was contacted immediately by Sybergs to make things right and they did. Looking forward to giving them another opportunity.

So after my first trip here I left a review and was contacted by management. They wanted me to revisit and offered to send me a gift card. I of course obliged because I love the wings and would love to give it another go. So my wife, a friend and myself went today for lunch. We walked in and the hostess, leaning against the hostess counter, said we could sit wherever we wanted. So, we headed to the bar area because it was less busy. We were greeted, well kind of, by our server. She came over and said hey, what are we drinking. We all ordered water. She said she would be right back and then left. We did not receive menus, so when she returned with our drinks and asked if we were ready to order, we said no. We asked for menus and she quickly retrieved them for us. I ordered the Syberger with fries, since last time I had a salad. I ordered my burger medium. We waited maybe 15 minutes for all of our meals which was not bad at all considering they were pretty busy. The burger was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of onions and sauce. The fries were piping hot and fresh. The food, again, was delicious. Our waitress was not very personable. She was short when speaking to us and was cold. At the end of our meal, after we paid, she came back and said«you didn’t want change, did you? Now we had planned on tipping her the change anyway, which was $ 5.12 on a $ 20 check, but the fact that she EXPECTED it, was rude. We still tipped her the change because, what do you say to that? But, what really bothered me this time was the hostess. She was younger and blonde but I did not catch her name. The entire time we were in the restaurant she was leaning over her hostess table thing. Numerous people came in and were told to seat themselves. They then had to walk back up to her to get menus because she did not hand them out. The front door was extremely dirty with fingerprints and smear marks. It would’ve been nice to see her take 5 minutes and clean it off so I didn’t have to stare at the door with the sun shining through it, making the fingerprints profound. She didn’t move. And I don’t know why, but it bothered me. I think the food here is excellent but unfortunately in this type of restaurant, the atmosphere needs to be excellent as well. Especially in this location because there are 20 bar and grills in this 10 mile radius. Overall, the food the was great, the service was bland, unfriendly, yet fast, and the environment of staff was off putting. It was A-Ok as Unilocal says, and we will be back, especially for the sauce!

Lunch with a friend… we both ordered the Shark Chunk soft tacos. Mine with sauce on the side. Tacos were tasty, but the«fresh» fruit cup that can with it as a side seemed like it was a few days old. The place itself is a pretty upscale sports bar… it’s in the old Terrazza Grill space… However it is quite loud(even sitting in a booth on the restaurant side.)

Typically when there is a 15 minute wait at lunch, in Arnold on a Wednesday you are expecting the food to be great and was not let down. Had the grilled shark bites with butter dipping sauce which comes with fruit and was the perfect light lunch. Wife had the grilled chicken with pesto sauce and onion rings(special for that day), which was very tasty if you like Basel which we both do. Could of made a meal on the onion rings. Good call on the expanded seating in the bar, your gonna need it.

Asked the manager for a menu at 1145PM. He stated that the menu was pizza and wings only. Ten minutes later a party of four entered and the same manager greeted them and sat them down. As our pizza arrived, I noticed that same manager delivering salads and sandwiches to the table of his friends. You can absolutely run your business as you want just as I can spend my money elsewhere.

Congrats to the Sybergs family for finding a perfect location! It took some time to get in there but finally we got in on a week night and were very happy to see the new place. It was a long wait but we were able to get a bar table and bypass that. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive, even with all the tables she had to tend to. We ordered their cheese bread with marinara as an appetizer and boy was the melted provel cheese delicious. We both got their famous chicken sandwich, served with their famous wing sauce and crinkled cut fries. It was served fast, nice and hot and there wasn’t a thing left on the plate! Their homemade ranch was just the perfect side needed for their sauce. There are tvs all over which makes us excited for hockey season and being able to turn and see the Blues every which way. We definitely will be back!

Visited here a week after the grand opening. Beautiful inside, huge TVs everywhere. was crowded of course because A) it just opened and B) cardinals game. Happy hour is 2−6pm, I got there at 7 and they had a food special of the day for half price(today was the pastas), domestic drafts $ 2 after 8pm. I took a panorama of the inside from the bar(there’s additional seating off to the side of the bar) Unilocal cropped the photo here is the full panorama: Their house made ranch dressing is delicious. We had the mostaccoli and chicken pasta con broccoli both were great, large enough portion that we couldn’t finish. Def will be back, Arnold is now rivaling Gravois as my favorite location

I came here during opening weekend. As expected, it was so incredibly crowded with the Cardinals game on and folks rolling in for dinner. We were told our wait was 2 hours for outside or inside. We decided just to wait outside and split a bucket of beer. I don’t think our actual wait time was more than 1 hour… pleasantly surprised! I only wish they had some benches outside for people to sit and wait on a nice night. The patio looked nice, just on the small side. The atmosphere inside was wonderful — really nice flat screens everywhere, and a HUGE bar area. I knew the wait staff was swamped, and brand new, so I didn’t expect amazing service. I was wrong! Our waiter handled the chaos like a pro, and the manager stopped by to ask how everything was. We ordered wings, Sygoons, and the Famous Chicken Sandwich. Hit the spot! I look forward to returning.

This is a tough one. First, the waiter, Josh, was phenomenal. He was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The atmosphere was awesome for a Friday lunch. It was busy and fun. There was a 20 minute wait but a table opened in the bar and the hostess let us know we could sit there if we wanted. We did. So far, a five star experience. We got our food very quickly and everything was right. It was just missing a sauce. No biggie, they brought it right out. Still five stars. We ordered the Syburger, which is a signature piece. I had high hopes. The burger itself was delicious. Cooked perfect. The problem was that all of the fried onions and most of the Syberg sauce was on the last ¼ of the burger. That part was perfect. However, the other ¾ of the burger was missing something! We also ordered the Brett’s Conglomeration pizza. It was full of toppings. However, they were heavy on onions and peppers while very lite on the meat toppings. Plus the toppings are on top of the cheese so when you pick up a piece of pizza, a lot of toppings end up on the tray. Lastly, the ranch dressing is very thick and oddly sweet. I will go back to try other menu items. There is so much to choose from. My son said the shark bites are amazing. He also really enjoyed the hot chicken sandwich from a previous visit. So overall it was a pleasant dining experience and with some tweaks to the food prep, it could be perfect.
