So far I have tried this place twice. The first time was a Friday night. I ordered and paid online. I got there at the time I stated and even though they were busy my wings were ready. I ordered several varieties and was pleased. The second time I tried this restaurant it was not like my first experience. Again I ordered and paid online. I gave them 45 minutes to have my wings ready. When I went to get my wings it was a slow Sunday night. Again I showed up at the time I requested my food to be ready. I waited at the counter. Two employees walked up but ignored me while they talked. Finally I was asked if I needed anything. I mentioned I had ordered online. The employee looked up my order and asked for payment. Hmmm, I mentioned that I already paid online. Then I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for my order. I was shocked since they were not busy but what could I do? I mentioned that I ordered 45 minutes ago and that should of been plenty of time to get the food ready. No answer. I wasn’t offered anything for my trouble. Not that I would of taken it but a soda while I wait or a pen order of fries would of been a nice jester. No matter how good the food is if the service is bad it’s not worth patronizing them.

I walk in and am greeted promptly. make my order of 10 hot and 10 mango. i am quoted 15 minutes. 25 minutes later i get my order but have sat in a sauna with the air hard to breath from the amount of grease in the air. i was sweating like crazy front the heat and had a greasy felling when i left. i also had to purchase ranch. really! I drive home looking forward to some hot wings that are spicy. eat the mango wings, rated 4, and nothing. not even remotely a warm note. so i eat the hot wings, rated 3, nothing. at this point im utterly disappointed and feel like i overpaid for wings i could have got from Walmart and squirted some hot sauce on and been happy, instead i wasted 18.00 No way i will go back and purchase any more. i would rather buy some wings, seasoning, and deep fry them at home and go to BWW and buy their sauce…

This place really needs to tell people before they order that it’s going to take an hour for their food to be ready. You can’t expect people to wait an hour when they might have other engagements and not warn them before they pay. It’s bullshit.

I love Wing Stop! They have the best fresh cut fries EVER and the house made blue cheese dressing is to die for… I can drink that stuff. The wings are delicious and everything is always fresh. My favorite wing flavor is Garlic Parmesan but the Cajun wings are a close second. Any time I’m close to a Wing Stop… I stop!

Meh, I am not a big fan of this establishment. I at least wanted to try it out as a first timer. My to go order, from the time I originally ordered, to the time I left, took the cooks 20 minutes. The wait was very unimpressive. I also ordered the boneless BBQ wings and an order of the lemon pepper chicken wings, with an order of fries. The fries were the most disappointing part of the meal because they were not crispy or fresh at all. Rather they were very wilted and soggy. The lemon pepper chicken wings ended up giving me a rather nasty case of heart burn the next day. The BBQ wings were actually quite tasty. However, I don’t think I will be coming back.

Torn between 1 star or 2… I’ve ordered their wings a few times for take out, however my review is based on the food as well as dining in this time. Saturday nights are busy in the restaurant space as we all know. Wingstop had two other tables with folks, and one at the front waiting for their to-go order. That was it. I’m speculating the lack of customers has something in common with my thoughts. Con’s: –Cashier at the front is slow, even with an empty restaurant. –Overpriced. Tiny wings. –½″ of liquid oil left at the bottom of each wing basket –No napkins on top of that. The wings are extremely greasy, even the dry rub version. Apparently absorbent napkins, or napkins of any kind, cost too much so they dish out a roll of hard brown paper towels… similar to what’s found in a gas station restroom. –No wait staff if dining in. You want a 2nd beer, stand at the front. –Small menu choice wise Pro’s: –One. Their Louisiana dry rub has a great flavor, especially when many places offer zero choices of any wing not smothered in sauce. I’m heavily leaning on being finished with Wingstop altogether.

Just stopped in for a bite with my Niece. I second one of the other reviews on the level of seasoning on the fries — slightly off putting. We ordered two 6 boneless wing combos, both mild. For me the mild lacked a lot of flavor but that’s likely my own fault and I should have tried the hot. Cheap and lots of TVs if you want to catch a game but the food wasn’t good enough for me to make a repeat visit.

Tried this for the first time yesterday and I have to say it was very disappointing. When we first walked in we were greeted with a cloud of smoke. I asked the cashier why it was so smokey in there, she said because their grease makes a lot of smoke and that they had their ventilation system checked and was told it was working fine. Ummmmm, thinking they were lied to, it should never be that smokey and smelly inside of a restaurant. I ordered BBQ boneless wings and fries. It took about 20 minutes, the fries were soooooo salty you couldn’t even begin to eat them and the BBQ sauce was the worst I have ever had. The sauce was bland and incredibly thick. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this restaurant

Their chicken is just as good as Buffalo Wild Wings. Price is pretty much the same as their too.

Just tried this tonight for the first time and it was delicious! I tried the original sauce on chicken strips and it was the right amount of heat. My husband tried the BBQ boneless wings and said not only was the BBQ sauce good but it had a nice kick to it. They make your order on the spot and the restaurant was very clean. Customer service was excellent!

First time visiting, boneless wings are much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The sauces are more flavorful and have a better coating. Restaurant concentrates on what they do the best chicken wings. Will be back again.
