Went here to shop for a new bed. Keith was very helpful, answered all my question and was knowledgeable about the products. He wasn’t pushy, just patient. I ended up getting the mattress on sale, box springs, and headboard for a reasonable price. Plus they had 0% financing. Great deal, great place.

I decided to get a new mattress although the one I had was only 3 ½ yrs old; too firm and I rarely slept well. It took time and visits to several stores, but when I went to Mattress Firm in Arnold, I knew this was where I would make my purchase. The store is very well lit, and clean. But it was the young woman who worked there that made my decision for me. Sarah DiLallo worked with me over a month time frame, knowing my financial limits. Made a choice to only know that it was the right one for my wallet but not my body. She worked w/​me while she helped other customers and trained another employee. Undying good humor, knowledge, patience, understanding, and good attitude are incredible attributes in sales, and Sarah has them in spades. Truly appreciate her help!

My husband and I went in here to browse. Although we didn’t buy anything I have to say that the sales woman was very informative and friendly. They had a decent selection. When we’re ready to buy we will probably go here.
