My husband hit a deer at 4:30am called am fam insurance at 5am told them the issues had our car at meramec heights collision center at 8am. They told us our car wouldn’t be fixed till July 14th had it done 2 weeks early we drive the car and the ac doesn’t work and it was one of the first things we told insurance went out(we have a 2010 Honda Accord crosstour) 20−30mins later we take it back up a few days later we are told that I would have to approve for a diagnostic to be done but it may cost me if our ac went out prior to the accident which it didn’t. I had to argue with our adjuster and the company be our ac went out right after my husband his the deer. I had to take a risk bc I know companies they will pay people to say it was prior but luckily we had the choice to take it to Honda. We went to Honda when they took our car their and got the diagnostic and they even said their was no way to tell if it was prior or not and they said ac’s go out a lot after hitting a deer. So insurance had to pay but going through the hassle and being called a liar is a no no. The guy even told my husband he still thinks it was prior to the accident… Won’t ever do business here again I refuse to be called a liar over something that was told to them from the very beginning

This collison center is the best I’ve experienced! Their customer service is exceptional. Being stood up by Hertz, they offered to drive me to Enterprise. Who does that anymore? These guys. Everyone there was friendly and the place was well kept and clean. They finished earlier than expected and the work looks beautiful. They even cleaned and detailed my car after it was all said and done. Would recommend this place to anyone needing collision repair!
