We ordered a pizza on their website and set our pick up time to be 6:15 pm. When we picked up the pizza, the girl working at the counter was a little rude, and she forgot to give us peppers and parmesan after she explicitly asked if we wanted some. When we ate the pizza a few minutes later, it was very cold(like it had been made closer to when I ordered it at 5 pm rather than when I said I would like to pick it up). All in all it was a mediocre pizza and sub par service for a ridiculous price(over $ 28 for a large 2 topping pizza). If you find yourself hungry in Arnold. go to the Chinese restaurant or to Subway.

Our son ordered pizza by phone and it would be ready to pick up in 15 minutes. When we arrived the order was not in progress, they didn’t even had it taken in… had to wait for another 15 minutes instead of being honest about it they came up with a BS story. Bad experience for today.

Pretty yummy pizza! We stopped by on our way up to our timeshare to get some pizza to go. The wait wasn’t very long and Bailey was awesome! He was super fun and friendly and helped us pick out what we might like since it was our first time!

Love this Round Table Pizza and we always come when we’re visiting from of town with the kids. You know what to expect since it’s a Round Table Pizza, but I especially like that this one is always bright and clean, the service consistently friendly and helpful, and the salad bar stocked with fresh product. Wish all of our Round Tables back at home were like this one!

Bailey helped take our order and accommodated all of our needs for the whole hour we spent there. He was extremely pleasant. I was very happy with his service. He is the definition of great customer service. Thank you Bailey.

We ordered our pizza ahead and drove from Bear Valley to pick it up. By the time we arrived… our pizza was missing. The staff was very apologetic and friendly. They comped a new pizza for us. I was very impressed! I have been going to this Round Table for years, and I’ve never had this problem. The pizza is always delicious!

We ordered the special pizza of Pepperoni and Bacon. The pizza was delicious but they didn’t call our name when it was ready. Luckily we went and checked on it after about 25 minutes and found it was on warming tray. The staff was very young and friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed.

Our group of 20 was camping at nearby Big Trees state park. We initially intended on going to a local brewery but their customer service was so bad that we refused to patronize them. We called Roundtable pizza and told them about our party size and they welcomed us with open arms. We got their private banquet room, our own TV, excellent food and even better service! We will definitely be visiting this establishment again.

Me & a buddy stopped in after fishing & found out they closed 30 minutes before we got there. But the manager Dylan said he’d still make a pizza for us since there were guests in there eating. We didn’t want to be a pain but he was really cool & said it wasn’t a problem. So we got the pizza to go & it was great. Thanks again Dylan, much appreciated!

I ate here labor day weekend with a group of friends simply because I didn’t feel like cooking(or cleaning) that night. It’s what you expect in a round table, but with better service. It was a really busy night, but everything was out promptly, tasted as expected and, well, was exactly what you expect. I’ve been coming to Arnold since I was a kid, and remember when Round Table took out its competitor, Mtn. Mikes. It’s not just because the pizza is better.

Came here after having a bug crawl through the line of grease and dirt on my plate at the chinese place in that shopping centre. We were there in the lull between shifts, so the place was pretty empty. We ordered our pizza, got our sodas, sat down, and like 5 minutes later there was pizza!!! And it was the kind of pizza the crew makes during a lull… you know the one… a bit overboard on the toppings, cooked picture perfect… Will FORSURE go back here.

We had a hungry group of 6 coming back from the slopes at Bear Valley, and I was very impressed and satisfied with this particular Round Table. In general, I find that Round Table offers good food and service, and this one definitely fit the bill. 2 large pizzas came out pretty quickly and was fresh and delicious. I had the salad bar as well, and all my favorites were there(mini corns!). Especially the service, everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite how busy the restaurant was at dinner time on a Saturday. We stuffed ourselves and shared a pitcher of Coors Lite for ~$ 70, great deal. Next time I’m coming back from Bear Valley will likely recharge on some delicious Round Table pizza and salad bar on the way home.

This is NOT a place I get excited about. I’m not hating on the chain, I just don’t like their pizza but when it’s 3pm and you’re tired and HUNGRY from a busy day running around the Sierras, then it’s better than frozen… I think. The place was clean and the service was quick, competent and friendly, so no problem there. If you like the pizza chains then you’ll definitely like this place, otherwise learn how to make your own. We took ours back to the cabin and washed it all down with a nice bottle of red, while soaking up the sunshine and 68 degree warmth while breathing in that lovely mountain air. Good times in the Sierras!

Round Table is a chain(I think even a franchise), so you usually know what to expect when coming here. Pizza, some games for the kids, and a bit of drink options including soda, beer, and wine. When you’re looking for the aforementioned, you will be satisfied. If you’re looking for something else, you likely will not be. FOOD&DRINK: We ordered 2 extra large pizzas(the pepperoni and the King Arthur’s Supreme) for 4 adults and 3 children. Though a bit greasy, we enjoyed the pizzas without any complaints. Great for the kids, as well as the adults. We also ordered a few salad bars for the adults and you’ve got the option of small one-time salad, large one-time salad, or all you can eat. The salad bar is pretty basic, but what you expect from a pizza joint’s salad bar. They have fountain soda(all you can drink, where you serve yourself), beer from Snowshoe just a block away, and some wine options. No complaints on the food or drink. SERVICE: Your typical pizza joint with high school adolescents, maybe college aged young adults. They were polite and patient(especially with the fact we couldn’t decide, had to yell out for the kids’ responses on what they want, etc.), which we appreciated. Not the friendliest service I’ve ever had, but I wouldn’t necessarily dock em a point or a tip b/c of this. LOCATION/AMBIANCE: Round Table is located in a little strip mall close to the grocery store, so a great way to get your errands done. There are several tables & booths in the main dining room, a room with bench style seating(for parties?), and a game room that is pretty small but all that you need with a few kids. It’s a casual pizza joint and a great spot when you’re not in the mood for cooking in the cabin, need to get out for some air, and want something to occupy the children. Bottom Line — We did hear that they could be closing and found out they’re not, so we’re pleased for the town, the visitors, and the business itself. We’d definitely return with the fam when we’re back in town to continue supporting the restaurant. =)

It is hard for me to give this place 1 star, b/c I LOVE Roundtable Pizza, but… I went in one day(aprox. 6 months ago(this review has been a long time coming)) with 4 others for the lunch buffet. There was a costumed person dancing around by the highway promoting the lunch buffet and since I already love Roundtable, I figured we couldn’t lose. This was the WORST pizza buffet I have ever been to. Granted there were a bunch of high school aged kids working, but they had no idea how to run the buffet. There were other guests in the restaurant who also got the buffet and who also kept complaing to them to bring out more pizza and/or bring them out faster. Out of the 6 to 8 pizzas they made, they had only 4 to 5 types that they made, two of which were Hawaiian, which no one was eating. Why make another Hawaiian pizza when no one ate the one that is sitting on the buffet counter… and STOP making those damn cinnamon sticks, they made several orders of those, which kept piling up more and more. Basically after a little over an hour my and my party left without having anywhere near all we could eat. Everytime a pizza came out there was a rush between our group and a few others to get a few slices of pizza, then a knuckle head behind the counter would say something like, «what happened to the mushroom and olive that we just put out?» Ummm, maybe some of the 12 to 13 buffet customers decided they wanted one of the 8 slices of that pizza you put out, maybe you should cook 5 pizzas at a time at luch time during the lunch buffet with a dozen or so buffet customers. I’m not sure how functioning human beings could be so lacking in common sense, I remembered high school students being much smarter. There is so much potential for this lunch buffet and it would be nice if the employees figured out how to run it and how to give customers what they want in a pizza buffet… PIZZA!(and not pie after pie of Hawaiian!) Get creative, make lots of pizza, make different combos, provide better service! I also noticed that there were a lot of frustrated take out customers while we were there. Either wrong pizzas or excessive wait times had more than a few people ticked off. If a manager is reading this, please do something to improve your lunch buffet(if it still exists) and your employees!!! I would love to come back again(with all of my friends/family etc.) but if what I experienced is the best you can do, we will take our business elsewhere.
