Great customer service, had an issue before, but with great and professionals, the people in store solved it and I’m so happy with them.

So I had a very negative experience with an ebay seller and Net10 along with U.S. Cellular. Previously, I was wanting a nice durable flip phone that was military grade. They no longer had this phone in stock. However, I was referred to a kyocera hydro vibe. It is a durable waterproof smart phone that is shock proof, dust proof, etc. Its not an iPhone, but it works.
I also loved the fact that I got a major discount on their framily plan. I pretty much pay more than half than what I did pay at AT&T.
Yes, I said that, more than half.
The service? From where I live, its not that bad. However, in some areas, it can get a bit spotty. I have LT coverage where I live. However, in Chesterfield, the service goes down to 3G coverage. However, I can deal with that. I do get what I pay for. I only have 1 gig of data, however, I connect my phone to my wi-​fi at home and I piggy back on many wi-​fi networks when I am out of my home. I can sacrifice not having ulimited data.
I do think I will be a Sprint customer for quite a while. Thank you Sprint for a job well done.
