I’m not happy at all. Ordered our food and I pointed at the menu so I got the right burger. Did I get the correct burger? No. Husband’s chili came out first. Then about 30 minutes later our burgers came out. Burgers were cold. Fries were cold. No chili 5-​way for me. It shows up 15 minutes later. I understand it’s Father’s Day but our cup (given to go ones) should not be empty because the waitress chose to ignore us.

Mayonnaise and Miracle Whip are not interchangeable and subsequently ruined my burger. Mayo is mayo. Burger also did not come as ordered, no sweet and low on the counter. Line seemed a bit disorganized until the next grill guy came on. He got things straight pretty quick.

When me and my dad where there it took 1 hour for are food to be ordered then it took 20 min to be asked what to drink. Then we forgot my purse we left it for 2min and it was gone it had $ 49 in it so I wish I could give it a 1 but are meal was free. And they didn’t even give my dad enraging like. They forgot about him. That was the worst time there.

We were here with a church group. Everyone else got their food before our table even ordered our food. Their so slow. But then the shift changed and this really amazing nice woman was now our waitress and she made sure we were doing on when she could and when one of the kids at our table got upset to her stomach she helped her in the bathroom. She was so nice so even though they were slow at first they do have amazing people working their. (This was at like 12:30 am)

Ok, this place is as good as In &Out burgers. Loved the food and super inexpensive. 4 stars because the dinning room was dirty and the employees were standing around not addressing it. But the FOOD was great. We will be back!

I love Steak and Shake! My dad has always told me about this establishment since I was kid. I finally got to try it when they opened one in Las Vegas, closest location to California. But when I came to visit my folks in St. Louis, I had the real thing and it is way better. The food is fresh and very flavorful. The shakes are thick and creamy. The chili and beans are awesome. I like the thinness of the meat patties and the softness of the bread. This location had nice staff and the place was clean. The prices are always the same across the board.

Good food made fast. They occasionally mess up my food, but it’s usually done well. Drive-​thru staff is friendly and welcoming. The waiters and waitresses are usually pretty friendly, there are only a few times that I’ve gotten a bad one. I eat here often.

Seriously need to give some Unilocal love to this Steak n Shake, for being the best location to visit. Fully staffed and very fast getting out your food, and always quick to bring you whatever you may need. I am praising this Steak n Shake because not all of them are this awesome. quite the opposite. Yes, this location is jam packed on the weekends, there was a line waiting on this Saturday. I suggest going to the location they truly are the best. Yes, it gets loud and pretty sure kids eat free on the weekends. Be prepared for that. All in all they rock here!

Wasn’t sure about eating here since they were really busy and our last visit at a steak n shake was horrible Our server Nicholas was AMAZING! Loved loved loved him. He was very polite and made sure our order was right (and it was a large order) despite being busy our food was great. I couldn’t be more happier. I will be back to this location

Watch out, this Steak & Shake can get quite busy during peak hours. Sometimes its difficult to get a parking spot. The customer service at this location is a little spotty, which is typical for an average Steak and Shake, but its much better than most.
This recent visit was pretty impressive. Waitress Kaycee definitely went out of her way, and she did have a smile on her face for most of the time. She was very attentive and gave personalized service.
Also, I like the fact that you can get most meals here for $ 3.99, which is hard to come by at most restaurants, even fast food. The food was also pretty hot and fresh.
This is probably the Steak and Shake that I will frequent more often.
