Fazoli’s

Food was delicious. Service was crap. I asked for extra breadsticks and ate my entire meal and still haven’t seen them yet. Can’t stand poor service.

I don’t usually review chains but based on the other reviews of this location, I feel this Fazolis needs a more current review.
By the looks of it, this location has been recently remodeled. The tables and chairs are newer, the entire restaurant was clean, well stocked and organized.
The food was actually pretty darn good for fast food. Our entrees were served on real plates not disposable. So they are definitely thinking about the environment. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating to customers requests. I happen to really love Fazolils breadsticks. And this particular evening they were hot, garlicky and fresh from the oven. To me, the other food is just ok in general but my kids love Fazolis. So we were happy to find this location as the one closest to my house has now closed. If you’re in the Arnold area, I would definitely give this Fazolis a try.

For being partially italian, I am quite impartial to fine italian dining. I used to remember going to this place as a teenager when this place opened up Sophmore year of High School.
This place definitely had its ups and downs. This experience was a nicer one than most.
When I walked in, I waited in line for a few minutes and then placed my order. I ordered a chicken broccoli penne bake and a side salad. They provided a pre-​made salad with croutons, my drink cup, and a number where I can sit wherever I want in the restaurant lobby and wait for the food. The number and the attached number holder was a bit huge, seems that I could tag team sword fight with another patron with the thing. It seemed more professional to give one of the lighted black buzzers like they do at Long John Silvers, but that isn’t a huge distraction.
I did end up waiting a bit longer than I wanted to for the pasta dish, but when I got it, it looked pretty impressive. And it tasted much better than expectations. The baked pasta had plenty of cheese on top and it was garnished with the right amound of spices.
Genuinely, this place had the receipe right here. I could only eat half of the entrée, so I decided to take the rest of it «to go» they even provided me with additonal breadsticks to take along with me.
I was slightly impressed with my visit, and I recommend Fazoli’s to anyone who wants decent italian, but cannot afford the high prices at some italian establishments.

We love this Arnold Fazolis! Their food is always fresh and hot, and the breadsticks are wonderful. We always get great service, with a server coming to the dining room to serve extra breadsticks. We’ve tried the pasta, the sandwiches, the pizza, and they are all good. We eat here at least once a week!

The quality of food here is just poor. When we looked at the pictures on the menu we thought we had made a good choice. What we got was not much like the pictures. My marinara sauce was very plain with little flavor and the sausage in my pasta was extremely overcooked. I am sure it has been sitting in some warmer somewhere for hours. Yes, I know, their bread sticks are delicious, but I think every one of those you eat end up taking like 5 years off your life span.
