Horrible customer service. They don’t know basic customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t bother spending your money here. They touch money and don’t even use gloves before touching your food. Who knows if they wash their hands?

This place is ridiculously slow with no customer service skills. The employees look haggard and sometimes aren’t even wearing the uniform. It’s like no one owns a brush.

Jackie is the most friendliest person you’ll ever meet in all Del Taco branches! It’s nice to have someone who enjoys customer interaction. Just for that I’m giving 5 stars.

My tacos were the BEST here and they had me wait for some HOT FRIES. I was like well ALRIGHT. …the staff was very professional and ask me if i wanted any condiments
.NOT like other fast food places with the DONT ASK WONT GET ATTITUDES. MY food exactly like the picture on the BEAUTIFUL MENU. EVEN waiting for my HOT fries without having to LIE about how i dont want salt on them just to get them HOT was refreshing. .THANKS DEL TACO!

Don’t even know why I stopped here. I ordered chili cheese fries and a strawberry lemonade. Why the heck did it take 20 minutes to get my food I saw 4 people working AND there was no one inside. The only thing was 1 car had 2 of the taco pack looking things. When I finally got to the window and got my food I pulled its to a parking stall to check my food, glad I did. The food was cold the fries were cold, the chili was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Instead of asking for a new one I just threw this crap food away. I’m glad I didn’t eat it because I don’t even eat del taco and now I know why.

Standing here waiting for order watching the staff take their time and complain to each other and telling each other to shut up in front of customers while their drive there backs up. In 10 mins they help 2 customers. And I’m still waiting.

The shift manager Jeffery is very rude, we just came in to order some tacos & it took him 5 min before he acknowledge & said he will be right with us.

Every time I go here the manager named Jeffrey gets my order wrong this time I got deluxe chili cheese fries with extra onions and sour cream and the fries looked like they were refried like at least three times and when I went back and told him he said the oil was old so I just got my money back and never going back when he’s working how do you serve nasty old food to people?

The food always leaves me wishing that I had ordered more. It is always slow getting through the drive thru though. The staff is very nice and keeps me coming back. I just have to be sure I have enough time to wait in the line. Try it out, I think you will agree that the flavor is excellent and what you hoped it would be for del taco.

Great if your looking for food on the go nice and cheap 50c tacos and burritos. You do not want to order this everyday though.
Del Taco is one of the American/​mexican fastfood joints kina like TacoBell.
I dont mind walkin to Del Taco and stocking up like 20 tacos and a few burritos.

I usually give people a chance but after two unsatisfying experiences, I decided to Unilocal the sonovabitch! LMAO. sorry about my dirty, dirty mouth!
The main reason why I’m writing a review on a fast food chain is because of an employee by the name of James. He’s rude and sarcastic @ the drive thru and even worse in person because you just wanna pop him in the mouth for being SUCH an @$$!
Maybe customer service, «please/​thank you/​your welcome,» and smiling aren’t in the handbook or job description. **SMH

I always had good experience at this location. The staff is friendly and so far in past two years they have never messed up my order. I purposely have ordered complicated order and they made exactly the way i asked and i was very happy… They always have lived up to my expectation.
Be patient and order nicely with smile and you will get good service almost everywhere :) Good luck everyone
