Always fast service with a smile. Doesn’t matter if it’s the drive through or sit down. Love that my fries are always crispy and piping hot. Can’t get over the lemonade, which is my fave.

Horrible service. I repeated my order five times and the woman at the cash register got the order wrong every time. I ordered a Chik-​Fil-​A Chicken Deluxe sandwich without cheese and a large Diet Dr. Pepper… that was all! Each time the older woman at the register got the order wrong (all five times) she would jumped back from the register and begin muttering and quietly cursing. Utterly bizarre! She argued with me stating «The Chicken Deluxe sandwich does not come with cheese.» Then why does the menu say it comes with cheese along with the picture in the restaurant? Also, I have ordered the same sandwich without cheese for seven years at the same Chick-​Fil-​A.
Next, she argued with me saying «We do not serve Diet Dr. Pepper.» Then why is Diet Dr. Pepper on the menu and served from the soda fountain??? I have ordered Diet Dr. Pepper at this location for years!
Finally, I gave up ordering and asked a woman I believed to be the manager if someone would take my order. She responded by saying «she is doing the best she can.» I told her «Since no one will take my order I will go elsewhere» and I left.
I have gone to this Chick-​Fil-​A twice a week for more than seven years. I have never been treated so rudely at any restaurant ever. The woman working the register seemed to have some psychological problem. I will never go to this Chik-​Fil-​A again!

Today I received some of the best service I have ever gotten at any restaurant. The staff was truly caring and jerry was absolutely awesome I do like chik fil a but honestly this one rocks a little harder than the rest. Will be back thanks for everything :):):)

EVERY time I order from this location they get my order wrong. They’ve given me fried chicken instead of grilled, the completely wrong order, cheese when I ask for no cheese, put my salad under the heat warmer and let me watch it sit there and steam up for a good 4 minutes causing me to have it remade, which took over 10 minutes, making my total time waiting over 20 including my drive through wait and the two additional attempts to get my order right, and they never have chicken cool wraps in stock. If you can’t run a restaurant properly, your doors shouldn’t be open. I will not be back.

Great food served quickly. The impressive thing about this location is how service oriented the employees are. It’s not the norm with fast food environments to have personalized service like we experienced here. 5 stars!

Good food, nice location and very clean. All employees were extremely courteous, especially Gayle. She made me feel like a guest.

Best customer service from a fast food restaurant ever, they shorted my boyfriend by 2 nuggets and they gave him 8 more when he brought it to their attention, then when we were leaving the lady asked us if she could refresh our lemonade

Great customer service every time. Always willing to accommodate my needs with less salt. And delicious, consistency with food! My jam is the strips and the sauce.

No words can begin to describe my experience at this location… I LOVE Chick-fil-A…but this Chick-​fil-​A is not up to the normal standard we are used to. Owner is very rude and unprofessional. I will be taking my business to another location closer to my house.

It’s not that this place is a five star restaurant, but it deserves a 5 star review relative to other fast food places. After going here a number of times I’m shocked at how well this place is run. The service is almost scary how polite and helpful and nice the workers are. It’s clean, fast, and the food is tasty. For every time that I grumble about them being closed on Sunday, I find myself impressed again and again.

I was really excited when they opened this Chick-​fil-​a. There wasn’t one anywhere near where I worked or live. But then bam! They opened this one up.
When it first opened the wait times were super long (as to be expected), but now they are always steady busy but you get I’m and out in a reasonable time frame. I was there yesterday with my family for an early dinner and we all had our food within a few minutes of ordering.
The food is always good and very consistent with the quality. I also like the huge assortment of condiments they have. Their «Chick-​fil-​a» sauce is amazing!
The staff is always really kind and helpful. Anything you ask of them it’s their pleasure to help you!

I had Chick-​Fil-​A many years ago & didn’t like. A few months back, my manager brought us a box lunch for a meeting one afternoon. I don’t remember them being that good. I am hooked now:) Love the sandwiches!!! The Deluxe Chicken sandwich is my favorite. Nice big slices of tomatoes, good size piece of lettuce and a nice big, juicy, tasty chicken breast. The staff at this location have always been GREAT!!!. Even if they are busy, it only takes a minute, at the most, to place my order. It’s always clean. 1^st bathroom I have been in where they have a bar that you put your arm through so you don’t have to touch the handle… what a great idea!!! There little sundaes are very good & just the right size. Glad they have built 2 close to where I live:)

This is not a fast food restaurant for families, This is a family restaurant that serves food fast. They have a great kids play area and hosts that ensure drinks get refilled and trash is removed from your table.

I love chick fil a but I hate pickles. I have ordered the chicken sandwich many times and at least 3 times they have taken the pickles off a sandwich and then given it too me still obviously tasting of pickles. Today they gave me a cold sandwich tasting of pickles and did not large size my meal as I had ordered. When I realized this and went back through the girl did not apologize and up sized my fries but not my drink. This chick fil a has terrible customer service compared to the others around town. Steer clear.

Its practically the only fast food I ever eat. They are consistent and friendly. I don’t mind paying a little extra compared to lesser fast food places. It is totally worth the price.

I’ve been three times since this location opened and they’ve always been very busy, but the staff tries very hard to be helpful and accurate. Further, they’ve always been well-​staffed and quick to fulfill orders. Like any Chick-​Fil-​A, the staff is very polite. Yes, many are still learning their jobs, but at least they’re nice about it and apologize if they don’t get something right. I wish there were more tables inside, but am hopeful that once they open a second location in Arvada (52^nd & Wadsworth), some of the pressure will be alleviated at the 80^th & Wads location.

It’s a Chic-​Fil-​A and will über busy for a while during peak times so quit your whining. Always quick service and quality food. Other than In-​N-​Out I can’t think of a better fast food chain with great quality control at every place. Big fan of Chic-​Fil-​A.

Holy busy. There are 2 lines in the drive thru that merge into one. This place was busy from the minute that it opened until well after 9 pm. The food is great as expected.
