Saturday was my first visit. I had the sweet and spicy sub. The best sub I have ever had. Will be back

I went in to get my birthday sub, I order a veggie sub with NO MUSHROOMS, no tomatoes, no mayo, no oil. I got home to eat my veggie sub only to find LOTS OF MUSHROOMS ON IT. Needless to say I did not eat my sub forget going back to the store as i was already home. I ended up giving my sub away as I really do not like mushrooms. I don’t see myself coming back as I did not get what I ordered, also they need more vegetarian options. Not all people who are vegetarian eats or likes Mushrooms. I gave them 3 starts for cleanliness, and fast service, not the most friendly service.

Awesome restaurant with great service! The interior decorating is fantastic and very homely which is definitely similar to my station. Great to see a restaurant supporting the public service community in Colorado with generous donations! Keep up the great work!

They have gone way downhill since I was at one last. It’s been about two years and they no longer have a Philly cheesesteak which is what I’ve always come for. Now they have a steak and cheese won’t mayo and nasty Dijon mustard on it.

super clean, i love the kings Hawaiian. the staff is always so nice and helpful. the RR are always the cleanest you find any where!

The food is always delicious! Service is usually great and fast. I like to go in the early afternoon when they aren’t so packed! I’ve only had one problem with there and the manager was so nice and fixed it right away. One of my favorites.

How come every time I come to this location, ALL the hot sauce is empty??? Sad day :(

Meh. Staff is not the friendliest. Served me neon green, tasteless green tomatoes on overtoasted bread. Wouldn’t kill ya to toss that and make a new sammie rather than serve subpar product… Otherwise meat is flavorful, fresh and warm.

I recently discovered this place and I absolutely love it! It is so much better than subway!!! The turkey bacon ranch is my favorite! I highly recommend it. Also if you get a sandwich and you don’t enjoy it, they will make you something different. They are always super friendly there and seem to have a great time at work. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 was because the last few times the bathroom has been a little on the dirty side. They really need to pay attention to the small details such as the light switch plate, base of toilet and the the walls.

The subs are tasty and warm, I dig ‘em. My first firehouse subs visit was actually in Florida, 4 yrs ago and I’ve not tried them again until today. It helps that they are close to home. Two thumbs up. Good riddance to Subway and Jimmy Johns.

Kids had meatball sandwiches and I had the fire house salad with roast beef. Woke up next morning at 2:00 am with diarrhea and fever. Looks like food poisoning to me. Will not be back.

What an awesome sandwich shop! The food takes a bit longer than Jimmy Johns or Subway, but we’ll worth the wait!
I got to the Firehouse in Lakewood whenever I’m in the area, so I was really excited when I saw they opened this location. And I have to say, they deliver once again!
Always friendly staff and the line moves really quickly.
I usually get the Hero sub, but everything I’ve had here is super delicious! They also have a huge selection of hot sauces to compliment your sandwich.

Actually worked at goodcents years ago and was surprised to see it gone. gave firehouse subs a try. I must say it was awesome. I ordered a 12″ Warm Italian and it was delicious. The meat was quality and piled on, some good seasoning on top of the cheese and tasty bread, the only thing off putting was they were a little heavy handed on the dressing which made it pretty messy so next time I’ll ask for lite. Despite that I crushed all 12 «and was satisfied. Definitely will return. The area is a bit dead, so hopefully a good sub shop will increase traffic on that corner.

Firehouse is delicious! A friend introduced me to it (something I was wary one because I was pretty much over Jimmy Johns and Subway) but it was so worth it! I’m absolutely addicted!
The service is great every time I go in, the employees greet me cheerfully, and the sandwiches are superb! Always fill me up! It’s a little pricey, but it’s perfect when you want to treat yourself!

This place was Hoping at lunch time but the staff handled it like pros! Greeted every customer that walked through the door and even gave reccomendations on the many hot sauces available. Large displays of the available sandwhiches and listening to the staff behind the register they really knew their stuff! Awesome Fire Fighter décor with a huge Mural of Engine 5 (i think or it could have been 3) from Arvada Fire dept. The place was clean and they do have a fancy coke machine but I fancied the sweetened iced tea.
On to the food! It was pretty awesome and came out pretty quick with the number of people that were there. I had the Club on a Sub and it was delicious! I toyed around with the hot sauces but found that the house hot sauce mixed with the #9 rated Fire house hot sauce was a perfect blend for this sub!
It’s a new spin on sandwhiches and will definently come back to try some of the others!

Here’s the thing, you guys are on FIRE. Your sandwiches by far, are the best out there. Now it may be a good idea to focus on your staff and customer service. I thought your product was the best of the best, but I had only had them brought to me, had no interaction with staff, and when I finally did the other day, the girl who I spoke with almost seemed arrogant and annoyed. I’m sorry for wanting to give a new company my business, I thought in the back of my mind. A little humbleness and a desire to provide amazing customer service, even when you have the best product out there, not only makes your success much deserved, but it allows your customers to feel appreciated!

Just opened where Mr Goodcents used to be next to Yogurtland. Looks like they got there stuff together. Kinda busy and they handled it no problem. Lots of seating. They got one of the cool Coke machines. Service is usually quick.

I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but rarely have the chance to go as there isn’t one around my house or work. So I was so excited when I saw a «Coming Soon» banner last week in place of where the old Mr. Goodcents Subs used to be.
The food is always great, and the hot sauce selection divine, but I’d like mostly to review the amazing customer service I received today.
Today, I brought my mom to Firehouse so that we could pick up some subs for the whole family for lunch. She recently injured her knee, and needed to lean on me for support as she limped to the door. One of the employees (who seemed perhaps to be a manager?) noticed us walking up from the parking lot, and opened the door well before we got to it.
After perusing the menu and ordering 5 subs, we sat while waiting for our order. Despite it being a busy lunch hour, the food was quickly ready, and two bags of subs were ready to go out the door.
This same man offered to carry our food out to the car with us so that my hands were free as I helped my mom to and in the car.
I was blown away by his sweet and sincere offer, and he was such a big help.
This location gets an unequivocal five stars from me for the phenomenal customer service we received today. Two thumbs way, way up!
