Great experience today at this cost cutters location. Joy is an awesome stylist. Got a very accurate cut no wait and quick. She even trimmed my eyebrows. She is very nice too.

I will never set foot in this location again and will avoid it like the plague! I went in to get my haircut and it was most horrible the results. The girl that did my hair was so incompetent I told her to cut it to my chin and she cut it to my jaw. She bragged about how she just got her license and I think she got her license from a cereal box honestly.
The worst part is that all I wanted was the same simple cut but shorter. She butchered my hair so bad you could see where many of my hairs were way longer than others next to it. Then she cared more about blabbing nonstop to the girl next to her and not me the actual customer. My cut ended up being so bad my coworker who was going to beauty school told me that she would work with it and to have her cut it the next few times once it started to grow out a bunch. It took her months to correct it and I didn’t even get the original length I wanted for like 2 years, because of it since it took that many cuts to fix the other girls screw up! Thankfully my now former coworker knew what she was doing.

I stopped by this weekend to get my hair cut. Sarah was my stylist, and she did a great job. She was friendly and offered suggestions (at my request) on how to cut my hair and how to style it at the shorter length. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. She offered products and told me about their current sale without being pushy. I am really happy with my haircut and I will be more likely to stop here when I need another cut, especially if I’m in the area again.
