Very slow… They had 5 people working and the service took a very long time compared to other Einsteins. The employees were doing more socializing than working. Also, when we walked up an employee was sitting in her car smoking. She came in from her smoke break and didn’t wash her hands, just put on gloves and started working again.

I’ve gone in twice to this particular location and have had terrible service both times. 3 dudes just stand there joking around with each other and don’t care to listen to your needs. I don’t understand how else I could communicate that I want a bagel with plain cream cheese and sliced smoked salmon. I either get a bagel with salmon flavored cream cheese or a bagel with salmon and no cream cheese at all. If you wanna be treated with apathy and pay $ 6 for a bagel you didn’t want, then definitely go here.

Every time I come to an Einsteins the wait time is horrible! They have 1 employee always wandering around and then another 3 just hanging out behind the 2 people who are actually working. It took me over 30 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches.

This is a great place to grab something before work. Parking is wide open, the service is fast and friendly. The place is clean and the coffee is fresh and never empty. I’ve never experienced any of the negative reviews for this place after having been coming here for nearly 2 months. Perhaps they’ve got new management running the place? Can’t find any reason to take any stars away.

I’m not a bagel snob, the bagels are ok. It was confusing in here, where do you order? I ordered half a dozen with a tub of schmear. The guy mixed my sweet and savory bagels, which sucks because the cinnamon sugar bagel gets all over the pumpernickel bagel. Boo. Also, I had to pay extra for«premium» bagels… that’s stupid. It just wasn’t a great experience. Are there any other bagel places in the suburbs?

WORST experience EVER! We came in an ordered 2 Sandwhiches at 10:20. 20 minutes later I get my Sandwhiches after 8 people got their food who ordered and came in after me. When I asked where my order was the same lady that took our order ended up making our Sandwhiches tells me «we make things in order they are ordered» which isn’t true! Horrible customer service and experience

I love Einstein’s bagels. I’m a little bit of an addict and have sought out Einstein’s bagels all over the Denver metro area. This is by far the worse store in the franchise. In comparison to other Einstein’s the service in this store is always slow. Sometimes the device is downright horrible. I’ve waited more then twenty minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. The other day I went through the drive through. No one was ahead of me, but after mire then ten minutes sitting at the window waiting to pick up my food the man at the take out window hadn’t even acknowledged me. I never did get my bagel with cream cheese and drove off, unfortunately this level of service is not rare at this location.

If you’re craving bagels or breakfast sandwiches or you want a lox and bagel for lunch you already know what to expect at Einstein Bros. This particular location disappoints though on a couple of points such as: 1: Parking. It’s right next to a Starbucks… and that means parking can be tight sometimes in the morning. 2: Service. Pay very close attention to your order. This location has had a problem on several occasions with order accuracy. 3: Speed of Service: Don’t be in a hurry. Quite often there’s a line, quite often they run out of the bagels you want, and then because they mucked up the order of the person in front of you… you get to wait while they fix their mistakes. It gets really annoying fast. While the negatives outweigh the positives I have run into one employee here who has stepped up to make my order right and provided outstanding customer service while the rest of her team didn’t seem to have a clue. 1 Star: The lox they offered was borderline edible and made me wonder if I consumed a week’s worth of salt in one sandwich.

The quality of the food is consistent and good. I’ve been coming here quite sometime and have yet to be disappointed. It’s obvious this is an older location, but I wouldn’t call it ‘dirty’ by any means. The employees are all very nice, fast and helpful. Sure they have tattoos and piercings which can be off putting to some, however, I choose to praise the owner for hiring in a non discriminate manner. Overall this locations is fast, friendly, and just shy of 5 stars in my review book.

This location has gotten worse and worse. Besides the homeless looking kids working at this one, the food is sloppily put together. The employees just don’t care. Ick.

I am a big fan of the Einstein Bagel, but the service is only average. I know it was early in the day, but it didn’t appear that the folks helping me cared about what they were doing. They have a unique opportunity to set the tone of the day for many people each day. If the service level was as good as the bagels, they would get five stars.

Dirtier than the average Einstein’s, but otherwise as predictably unremarkable as a regular Einstein’s

I needed to get a quick lunch when in this area but didn’t want the usual burgers and fried, etc… so tried out the Einsteins. They have quite a few sandwiches to chose from and I got a turkey Panini with bacon, plus chips and drink. It was not too crowded so I got waited on right away. It looked like the 2 employees behind the counter were new since another guy(manager?) was showing them how to make certain orders and which bread to choose. I didn’t envy his job since neither employee looked too enthusiastic and he was trying his best to make it interesting. My sandwich was quite good. The bread was fresh and ingredients were tasty. With chips and fountain drink I paid just over $ 10. There weren’t too many chips to choose from which kind of surprised me — just Lays, Lays Baked, and some king of Jalapeño flavored. It looked like they were low on selection. The fountain drink was fine. The atmosphere here is just OK. I could see it being quite noisy when there’s a crowd since its a big open room. I used the restroom and it was reasonably clean but the door opens right into the dining area. Make sure you lock the door or you could be giving someone a show they didn’t want to see.

So, 4 months later. Slow service, dirty floor. Lox had discolored edge. I’m not going to eat here again.

The worst Einstein Bagel’s I have ever been to. I ordered a salad with sliced chicken and my friend ordered a turkey sandwich. His sandwich was delivered within about 5 minutes. It took another 15 to make the salad and the meat was still frozen. I brought it back to the counter and asked for a manager. The woman who made my salad(Elizabeth) said she WAS the manager. She said«it was the least frozen piece of chicken she had». I asked her if she thought it was ok to take so long to make a salad and then serve it that way, and she just shrugged. I asked her for a refund and she pulled the salad off the counter, threw it in the trash and opened the register and gave me the money and walked away. I really couldn’t believe her attitude, much less that she was the manager. We were there at 12:30 so I can’t imagine it wouldn’t occur to them to prep salad and chicken before the lunch hour. I stayed calm and went back to the table and my friend was just incredulous at how the whole thing was handled. I asked him to please finish his lunch and I walked over to Kokoro Bowl across the parking lot and ordered a salad there to takeout. I will never return to Einstein’s again. There are too many other good choices in the area.

I love Einstein Bros. LOVE it. But this location is horrible. I used to go to the one at Colorado Mills, where I would go for a bagel and coffee 3 to 5 days a week, they knew my face, my name, and my order and were always on top of things. Occasionally I go by the Kipling Einstein’s and while I’m not a regular, they are just as good as the Mills location. This Arvada location? Nope. When I changed work locations a couple years ago, I simply moved my routine to this Einstein’s. After a year of ordering the same thing 3 to 5 days a week, the same girl running the register looked at me like it was her first day on the job and it was my first visit. Lest anyone think my one star review is about whether the staff remembers me or not, I assure you, that is not the case. I just wanted to establish that I am not posting a bad review after only one bad experience. I stopped going about 6 months ago because I was tired of going in and waiting in line because there was only one person doing any actual work behind the counter while other employees were standing around in the back doing nothing. I also got tired of keeping my fingers crossed that my bagel would come out somewhere between«slightly warmed» and«burnt», and that I would actually get a good schmear instead of a light coating. I also got tired of expecting my first, or at least second choice of coffee available. Is that all too much to ask? Apparently. My bagel was always either not really toasted or completely burned, there was never a consistent amount of cream cheese on it, and the coffee is always out with no one paying attention to keeping the dispensers filled. That’s why I quit going about 6 months ago. Which brings me to this morning. I don’t know why, but I thought things might have changed. They have. For the worse. I was behind a man in line who had apparently been standing there for a while before someone came up to him as though they were surprised to see a customer at the counter. After the woman took his order, he walked to the end of the counter to the cash register and I stepped up to place my order. Of the two women standing at the order station having a conversation, you’d think one of them would have acknowledged my existence. No, instead one of them was complaining loudly about how tired she was and didn’t want to be at work that day. Astonished, I gave it a minute just staring at them until the girl at the cash register yells to me «I can take your order down here»… OK, whatever. I place my order, and get my cup of coffee and start to look around… and the counter is filthy. I’m not talking about not being wiped down in the last hour dirty, I’m talking built up FILTH. Absolutely disgusting. As I’m standing there waiting to get my bagel(which was burnt and had almost nothing on it, of course) laughing with the guy who was in front of me before about how horrible the service at this location because we were both watching these women talk to each other about something or other rather than, oh, I don’t know, filling orders or making eye contact with people standing in line… I start looking around… the entire place is as dirty, if not worse, than the cash register counter. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, the coffee station has stains all over it and there is dust build up everywhere. Never, never, never, never again. Ever. This place is just absolutely horrible.

went in just to get a smoothie and ordered the blueberry smoothie. The kid who brought it out to me apologized then gave me the smoothie with smoothie running down the sides. i had to get my own napkins and clean it up. Then, as i finished the smoothie there were 6 whole ice cubes at the bottom, he hadn’t even completely broken down the cubes. poor service. smoothie was good though.

Love Einstein’s! This place can get packed but you still get good service. I am a HUGE fan of the Honey Whole Wheat bagel, toasted with butter… but you wouldn’t like it. I promise… you wouldn’t like that because I don’t want you to eat all my honey whole wheat bagels… So don’t try them… please… Save my HWW…
