Buying a bed is an investment! Zach at the Arvada location couldn’t have made it easier to understand what the best option was for me. He was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with all of my questions. I walked feeling 100% confident that not only did I get a great deal, but I made the right decision on my new bed. I also showed him the Unilocal coupon deal that was advertised on their door and it was only for a twin bed. He gave me $ 100 off my bed frame because the coupon wasn’t applicable to my purchase. Amazing customer service. I’d recommend going to Mattress Firm to anyone of my friends who are hunting for a new bed!

The older sales rep here comes off nice but gets really pushy when it comes to looking for beds. Even when your just pricing them out he gets really into your face about trying to sell you the product. And he isn’t very aware of the money back warranty I’ve been waiting for two weeks for my cash check to come in the mail and he told me 7 to 10 business days. I don’t recommend that mattress firm at all.

We stopped in this Mattress Firm on our way to dinner to check out a memory foam mattress we had seen previously. We had a nice time testing other mattresses and conversing with William Soucy, the salesman there. He had us try a Sterns and Foster hybrid mattress called the April Rose, which at first we weren’t sure about but after trying the Optima we were looking at again we decided that the April Rose is really the bees knees. We didnt buy that day, but when we stopped by again a week later William gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse. Not only did we get a great deal but William made the process super easy for us. He did all the paper work while we were eating dinner and even stayed past closing time to ensure that we were taken care of. The mattress was delivered to our mountain home in 5 days which was much faster than we expected. We absolutely love the mattress and would recommend it to anyone. We are sleeping great and spending a few extra minutes in bed each day because it is so comfortable. Thanks to William on the great recommendation.

We definitely would not recommend doing business with this store. Their lack of customer service is of great concern. We suggest not doing business with Mattress Firm as a result of our experience at this Arvada store.
