Went in and was instantly satisfied with everything. We were helped by more than one friendly associate. We did a applicattion for conns money and were approved in minutes. If you shop here ask for Ms, Gail. She helped us find the right couch, loveseat, chest lamp and painting. And everything was delivered next day for free. Overall great experience and if i could give conns 10 stars i would :)

Terrible. I went looking for something specific. There were 3 times more employees in the store than customers. I walked through the electronic section twice, and right past a group of 4 employees standing around. Not one person asked if I needed assistance.

Not a good experience at all. They talk a good game. We went in to find out about financing some items. After going through the paperwork process it took over 30 minutes to get an answer. Finally we were informed that we were approved for X amount. We decided to wait a few days to do some pricing and I returned a few days later to ask some more questions about some Tvs ad we decided to purchase those there instead of furniture. Our sales associate didn’t have much information to offer other than pricing. He asked a sales manager about a discount on a TV told him the amount I was approved for and he recommended something $ 500 above my price range. I decided to wait a little longer to go back with my wife and upon returning found out that I went from being approved to pending. They needed more paperwork! ! After submitting the paperwork requested we then we’re informed that we were denied #!!. After all the effort and time working with these idiots we went to Best Buy and we’re treated with respect and the sales person was very knowledgeable. We will not be returning to this establishment again

The first element you need to know about Conn’s is that their business model is not at all about selling white and brown goods – it is about FINANCING those goods at outrageous interest rates. The second element you should know is that their goods selection is targeted straight at the lower-middle class. Very narrow selection of brands and models. Entering into the store creates a feeling of being thrown back in time to the 1950s when there were stores that sold: mattresses, furniture(ugly), refrigerators, washers, TVs. The salesguys are the metaphorical offspring of those oily guys from the 50s. + The store is clean and brightly lit. + The prices on items with manufacturer part numbers are standard retail.(Best Buy was $ 100 cheaper on the washer that I price checked.) — No way for you to check prices on mattresses and furniture though. — No Wi-Fi. There is no reason to shop here. Every big box store will beat them on selection and price in that category. Their after-the-sale customer service is notoriously horrible. My one and only visit.

I purchased a tv and a vacuum a week ago. I used the vacuum three times and it broke, so I returned it back to Conn’s and they said I needed to take it to the manufacturer because I did not purchase a warranty. Which was never offered to me at the time of purchase. I will never purchase from this store again.

My daughter recently purchased a refrigerator from this Conns along with some other furniture and appliances. A large purchase. When the items were delivered it was a different refrigerator than the one she picked out. When she contacted the store the customer service wss horrible. They were argumentative and basically called her a liar. I dont know what corporate would think about a customer being treated so badly when a simple exchange would have produced a repeat customer and good word of mouth. Poor choice Conns.
