Fuck these buttholes. I call from literally 2 blocks up the street trying to order a couple of sandwiches and the kid on the phone, after asking for my address, tells me that they’re cut off is Kipling(a street west of the location, I’m directly north off wads), indicating to me that he didn’t even look up my address. He proceeded to correct himself that the cutoff is independence, still irrelevant. I inform him that I live a couple blocks north off wads and then he tells me church ranch is the cut off. Great! I live right at church ranch and wads. He then proceeded again to correct himself that their cutoff was actually 99th. I talked to the manager brain about my complaints and he told me that it was corporate policy. No exceptions. I called the sandwich place, South Philly Cheese Steaks, right across the street from this place and they told me they felt privileged to take my order for delivery. They’re sandwiches are much better anyways!

Everything about my visit was great: Super friendly staff, awesome sandwich, great price… except for one thing. No sliced pickles. It is hard for me to not have sliced pickles come with any sandwich. The hots came real close to making up for it though.

They have never messed up my order… which is huge for me. We love to order from here, they are super fast(like the commercial says) and the drivers are always nice. The sandwiches are all made, I’m one of those people who modify a lot and it’s always correct the first time.

Freaky slow! Took them 35 min to deliver my food. Due to the huge delay I called the store. They said the driver was on his way, I notified them I was upset because I had just used up my 30min lunch break at work and would now need to wait until 9pm when I get off work to enjoy my meal. They only offered to cancel my order. Guess I’ll just stick with the subway down the street. Atleast there I’m appreciated as a customer and served in a timely matter.

I know working at Jimmy John’s isn’t like, THE best job ever, but do you have to be super annoyed when you ring up orders? Not just mine, but the people ahead of and behind me? You didn’t ask how I was, didn’t ask if I wanted to add chips or a drink, you didn’t even smile. I love Jimmy John’s, but the attitude of the cashier was astounding. Sorry it was a major inconvenience to add peppers to my sandwich. Probably won’t return to the store, but I will continue ordering for delivery! The people who deliver to my office are always so great. Maybe they can offer lessons on customer service and how every part of you matters during your service– Body language, tone of voice, and the dead eyes and the sighs in between. The delivery people, the food, and their speed gets them three stars. But that cashier… You get squat!

Just want to say I love these guys. There are too many times when due to a time crunch, all plans on bringing a lunch to work went out the window, and these guys are«to the rescue»! Always courteous, and the service is usually exact and fast. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed with the service. We ordered and as promised the food arrived quickly. However one of our sodas was missing. After a quick phone call where I offered to simply get a refund the employee said instead they would bring the drink right out. I was put on hold another employee answered and I explained and made the same offer for a refund rather than making the driver return with just a drink. No no no, he said, the drink would be delivered immediately. Obviously the drink never came, I never got my refund and I won’t be ordering from this location again. Don’t lie to your customers. It is just bad business.

Have been ordering from this location since it opened, back when I was pregnant with my son. I’m a mean hungry chick when I get too hungry and I can rely on them to get to me so quickly! Today it took 10 minutes and I could not be happier ! Jimmy johns has truly helped with my hunger diva over the years! I thank you so much, and so does my family :)!

Best sandwiches out there. They are very fast, friendly, and everything is delicious. We have even catered through this location and they wiere extremely helpful. The went out of their way to get my order done early. Great place!

I was on my way home and wanted something healthy-ish. That little shopping center has a Quiznos, a Subway, and Jimmy John’s all within about thirty feet of each other. You gotta do something really special to knock one guy outta the way, and I don’t think any of these franchisees really care enough to do that. I went to JJs simply because I’d never been there before. It was insanely fast, and the guys working there were friendly kids. In and out in less time than I would have maneuvered through a drive through. You’d have to try especially hard to screw up a turkey, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, and fortunately, my food was fine. Solid experience.

I never go to Jimmy John’s because there are so many other places to go. I think i’ve literally gone twice in the past 10 years, and was reminded tonight why that was. I figured i’d try ordering online, and was happy to see they offered a wheat option for their subs. I placed my order thinking I would receive my customized sandwich on wheat sub bread(like Subway, Quiznos, etc.). My food arrives and is on thick wheat sandwich bread, not sub bread. If I wanted a sandwich on the wheat version of «Texas toast» I would’ve gone to Sonic. I will admit that this seems to be an issue with the company itself, and their poorly designed website. Don’t even get me started on the health-warning pop-up I received when I wanted to add sprouts to my sub. Probably a good thing I’m not eating the sandwich they delivered…

Just because it’s fast doesn’t mean it’s good. They only make(maybe) 10 sandwiches and have 5 toppings? I was very surprised to find out that you can’t get onions or pickles on their sandwiches. I’m having a hard time finding a «real» sub shop in the Denver Metro… and this isn’t it. If you’re hungry and you’re in the area go to Chipotle/Wendy’s/Taco Bell/Lark Burger/Tokyo Joes right next door. If you really need a good sandwich, I can’t help you. And neither can Jimmy John’s.

I really like this location! It’s close to home and if you need good food fast it’s great! My husband and I stop in here a few times a month. Sometimes we pick up our sandwiches, and sometimes we stay there to eat… The inside is really neat and clean, and there seem to be the same two employees that take our order… They’re super friendly, and I always tell them no cucumbers on my veggie, but add onions. :) they get it right every time! I can agree that they could be a little more generous with the avacado spread, but that’s been the only thing I’ve encountered to be not so good here. :) I’ll continue to eat here because I like it!

This«review» is copy and pasted from what I just sent in to their feedback. Awful location. too expensive for sub par sandwiches with horrible customer service. A shame Mr. Goodcents is down. You can get a better sandwich for the same price at Whole Foods. «Horrible experience after horrible experience. this time I ordered delivery… because that what you guys are suppose to be good at, right? Told them to cut both sandwiches in half. NEITHERWASCUTINHALF. Told them to put the Grey Poupon and Mayo on the side. NEITHERWASPUTONTHESIDE. It’s always one thing or another with this location. Just awful. And 1 napkin for 2 sandwiches??? Why did I tip these idiots? No wonder you guys have below average reviews for this location. It’s not like you have a massive menu. Delivery is what you guys do and you do it horribly. This review is going up on Unilocal as well. Done with your average sandwiches with horrible customer service.» Edit: As I’m eating this crap sandwich I’m realizing that not only did I not get“Xtra” avocado spread… I BARELY got any spread at all! It’s your standard Jimmy Johns, fast food freaky fast. I find this location odd because it’s literally situated next to a Subway and just a few store fronts down from a Quizno’s. A little difficult to access as well. But once inside it was clean, friendly and fast.

Brand new so it’s super clean. 4 booth tables and one bar table with two stand up tables. Very bright inside. Are food was prepared quick and accurate. We’re very excited for a new place to get sandwiches. I like the fact you can buy there bread for home or camping for a buck. I will have to go back in a few months and see how they are doing.
