Called on a Saturday afternoon with a broken washing machine. Kevin got the info on our washer over the phone to make sure he brought the correct parts he went over what is might be and the cost by phone as well. He arrived within the hour and fixed the washer in minutes. He was friendly knowledgable affordable and helpful. I am grateful for his awesome service.

I called looking to see if Kevin sold a part for my oven. He told me he does not sell parts, but told me exactly where to go to find it. He gave me directions there and carefully explained how to find the model number, which I would need. I just appreciated how friendly and helpful he was even though he didn’t have to be. Wish I had these kinds of encounters more often.

Our fridge went out and we called Kevin based on a review in Angie’s List, on a Sunday. He was up within the hour with everything he needed to fix the problem. What a treat working with this guy. Highly recommended.
