I spent more than an hour in the store, not once did a team member say hello, welcome, or if they could help me with anything. This didn’t bother me until after I checked out… When I was checking out the blonde girl didn’t say hi, and held a completely unrelated conversation about politics and Arnold Swartzeneggar on her headset. She didn’t say bye, and didn’t even bag my stuff up. Just stood there smiling at whatever the headset was saying. I had to ask her for a bag and bag my own stuff. WEIRD store! I miss Office Depot!!!

I have used thie Print center mutliple times and always been very pleased with my purchase, photos, laminate, cardstock, etc. The staff is always nice and helpful; usually very busy, and sometimes the paper I like is out of stock (pearl cardstock).
However last time was exceptionally great. I needed 10+ copies of a picture for a memorial service I was attending and I only gave the staff about 15 minute notice, asking if there was any way to get it done ASAP. They said they were busy with a large order but could get it done no problem, and they did! They went above and beyond to trim the pictures and adjust the size for optimum quality since I sent the wrong size.
Melissa and Santos were professional, fast, knowledgeable, and kind and they made our memorial service that much more special. Thank you guys!

Every time time I print something at the Service Center, the staff is always extremely helpful. I usually come in with large print jobs and they print everything quickly and assist with anything extra I need.

Oh baby they, they had what I needed… and I bought it in seconds, and then I was out the door… yes, this review was written in the style of Biz Markie’s Just A Friend but what can I really say? I needed one item that an office store always carries, I was near said office store, and nothing special really happened.

Went in there looking for a paper shredder and a few other things. We were in there for about 15 minutes, and could not find some of the items we were looking for. Nobody came to help us and it looked like there was only one associate in the store helping customers (he was busy helping other customers). We got frustrated wandering around the store unable to find what we were looking for, so we put down the items we had picked up and left. If they don’t care about customer service then I don’t care to spend money there.
