Office Depot

This was my first time at this particular location. Holy Overstaffing! After walking in 4 of the 5 people I saw were employees. I was kinda in a hurry and knew what I was looking for, so I quickly went past them. Half way through the store, a blonde (employee) approaches me, pleasantly asking if she could help me find anything. I told her I was looking for receipt paper for my Verifone machine. She then had a somewhat puzzled look on her face and let me in that direction. She told me there are two kinds of receipt paper. I then said I just need a receipt paper for my credit card machine and she proceeded to say well there’s one paper were the ink is heated onto it and another is printed, then I said I just have a standard credit card machine VeriFone and I just need the glossy paper. She knew all the complexities but could tell me what paper I need based off what I told her. She kinda left me hanging with more than enough info about the mechanics of the machine but not an answer. I made my decision on my own, grabbed the 12 pack (i only needed one not 12 but that’s the smallest they sell) spent $ 25 and left HOPING it worked!

I love this Office Depot! Especially the print department! I have worked with several people, Justin, Audrey, Laura and they have all gone over and above. They have made my work life and printing so much easier and they have corrected things that I have sent for parties and have done so expediently! 5 stars!!!

Terrible copy and print center. Ordered a poster of a priest who passed away and it fell apart before the funeral service. The picture had smudges and black marks all over it and the picture was burry. Not professional and I fought with them to return poster to go somewhere else.

This is a HUGE store. They always have what I am looking for. There is tons of parking. And, there is never more than a couple people in line. Overall, this place makes for a very quick and convenient errand. Plus, it is co-​located with a lot of other errand-​type places, like Dollar Tree, Sports Authority, Floor & Décor, etc. Dig.

It is nice to have an Office Depot locally ino our area. The staff is friendly but sometimes to thin in the store to ask questions of once you have started shopping. They are great at the front door! The Office Depot products; paper, laser ink etc is a great buy over name brand items

Had what I wanted. That is good.
Friendly staff.
At checkout, I was asked if I wanted the «2-​year protection plan» and when I quickly indicated «NO», he stopped. That is also good.
Clean store.
Large.
Brightly lit.
Easy to navigate.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I asked the first employee I saw, where I could find what I was looking for. He took me directly to it. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Nothing to complain about here.
