On the Go Pet Sitting and Dog Walking

It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of Michele, owner and operator of On the Go! She truly loved this business and all her four-​legged clients and their owners. Her love for dogs and animals was immense, and her clients love for her was equal. This was apparent from the tremendous amount of support we have received from them during this sad and difficult time.

We were very impressed with Michele’s services. We adopted a cat 2 weeks prior to leaving on a week-​long vacation, and she took fantastic care of our new pet. When we got home, it was clear he had been entertained and well cared for while we were away. We got daily updates, and a log of her time was waiting when we returned that detailed his behavior. She gave us great peace of mind not only for our new animal’s care, but knowing she was also checking on our house each day. We will definitely be using Michele for our future pet sitting needs, and I would recommend her to anyone! It is obvious Michele loves animals, and they love her!

Love her!!! She came over for a meet and greet with my cat and dog and was so nice!
I had my wisdom teeth pulled today so she came over this evening to take my dog out and she was so sweet. Asked me if I needed anything or if she could do anything. She is very sincere and I fully trust her with my children (pets)!!

Michelle is the best! We found On The Go on Unilocal after researching a few other local companies. Michelle came over to meet our dogs and cats. for free. (The other companies charge you for that first visit if you don’t use them!) she was extremely thorough and took notes on everything. She even took notes about our cats who are self sufficient… just in case.
We have been using her ever since! She leaves notes for every visit and sends us a quick text to let us know our kids are ok. She was very understanding and adapted to a change in the schedule even on short notice. When one of the dogs was having accidents inside (older dog), she started checking the house to let us know if there were any accidents that day and even cleaning up the mess.
Today, I locked myself out of my house and Michelle came to my rescue even though she wasn’t on dog duty, dropping by with her key to let me in! She rocks! We are soo glad we found her! We know she cares about our pets and would highly recommend On The Go Pet Sitting!

Michele is a life saver. My husband and I had a last minute trip and needed a pet sitter as our cat is diabetic and needs insulin shots twice a day. We booked her a couple days before our trip and she came over to learn the feeding routine of our two cats and to go over dosage and vet info.
When we were gone she sent updates, which was nice for us since we hadn’t used a pet sitter before and were hesitant to leave our 18 year old diabetic cat. When we got back we found a stack of paper that contained logs for each time she came over! She let us know how the diabetic was eating and what the younger cat was up to, she even mentioned the younger one had a hair ball and she cleaned it up, she even mentioned it didn’t have any blood in it. Our cats were so happy when we got home, normally when we leave they give us the cold shoulder. This shows us that they had a good experience, and we have since booked her to look after our cats again. She is our go to pet sitter and I would gladly recommend her to anyone!
She is thorough, attentive, loves our pets, our pets love her and we feel completely comfortable having her watch after our cats, especially our old and sick cat.
Oh and as a bonus she does home security checks, rotates leaving the lights on and brings in the mail! Amazing!

I needed someone to walk my dog during my long nursing shifts. Michele was so professional and made me feel way more comfortable than I thought I would about someone being in my home and more importantly, around my 5lb Chihuahua. She is great about communicating with me and very adaptable to my ever-​changing schedule. Also enjoy reading her personalized notes every evening about her time spent with my pooch! Highly recommend!
