I’m still going to Pilates Movement For Life regularly for classes, now in their beautiful new studio in Olde Town. It is worth the drive from Denver for me because the teachers there are so knowledgeable and take the time to observe each person’s body and what they are needing that day. Cindy and Heather are just amazing. Wonderful teachers and wonderful people as well.

By far the best pilates session I’ve ever participated in. Cindy was informational, patient and made me feel at home. I think
The price was a little much for my personal
Budget, but admit to enjoying and making every penny count. Looking forward to having some personal time to make another class, possibly buying the multiple pack to save myself a little cash.
Overall extremely pleased and I whole heartedly Loved the experience!
