Sonic in general doesn’t really have good food aside from the tater tots and hot dogs. The reason we generally go there is for the generous selection of drinks and ice cream. However, this particular location is by far the worst one I have ever been to. The worst part about that is it is located just across the street from our house and there isn’t another one within a reasonable distance. Every time we go through the drive thru here, we have to plan on a minimum of a 20 minute wait. One time I pulled up to the microphone to order and was the only car there and the first words from the speaker were, «it is a minimum of a 25 minute wait on all orders tonight.» I hadn’t even ordered anything yet, so I just drove away. I actually sat at the pickup window once for 40 minutes waiting for my order. I don’t know why I stayed. When you look through the window, none of the employees appear to have a sense of urgency. They’re often standing around talking or playing with straws and trying to put them together, end to end. This sonic could easily recover with either new management or proper training and expectations for the employees.

As Sonic’s go, this one is incredibly slow. Even when I am the only car in the drive-thru, and I ordered hardly anything, it still takes them a very long time to fulfill the order. I had the pleasure to watch one of their employees construct some kind of time-wasting straw thing while I waited… and waited. He’d tear open a straw wrapper, insert one end into the end of another and continue. After several minutes, he gave up and threw the whole thing away, wasting time and straws. Then he came over and took my payment. I was so glad I did not interrupt his construction time by paying for my meal. If you’re in a hurry, this Sonic will only slow you down. Keep driving.

I arrived 5 before closing time in the drive thru lane. Mind you, I’m Deaf so I tend to order from drive through before. Now by the time I pulls up to the window and I get told that you guys are closed and I looked back to see the light went off. I was ALREADY in the drive through. You should have met my ADA needs but instead you shun me off while the other driver front of me who ALREADY ordered and waited. I was right behind that vehicle… So much for serving your disability people!

I ordered two Jr. Hamburgers with pickles, mustard and ketchup ONLY. I got everything except what I wanted on it. I was getting them to bring home to my diabetic wife. She needed to eat whatever I got, after taking that long to go get them. From across the room, that ONION smell is making me nauseous!

Horrible. I just waited in the drive thru line for 20minutes for a drink. A drink! I get that every company has bad days, but to make it even worse, no one even apologized for the excruciating wait. Horrible customer service.

Worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes for my order, which was wrong and cold, and didn’t even include a straw for my drink. When the server brought my meal, I asked for extra ketchup but he never came back. I had to walk up to the ‘employees only’ door and mouth through the glass to get a straw!

I love you Sonic like every other Southern girl. Nothing says summer like a cherry limeade. I have been several times and each time they are slow as molasses. This time we waited and waited and waited and gave up with 2 super disappointed kids. Nobody took our order at all. Sorry, You are choosing to be slower than molasses. I’m going to get my sweet tea at McDonalds.

This Sonic has messed up my order three of the last three times. I know, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me, but I like Sonic. I will not be back here.
