Pretty good! The company I work for treated us all to lunch catered by 4 different food trucks. I chose Still Smokin because I was looking for something light and the street tacos looked really good. I had the Pulled Pork Street Tacos w/Mint Peach Slaw. Pretty light and tasty. The slaw was unique and very fresh and the pork was delicious. I chose the Chipotle Peach BBQ sauce to go along with it. It was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The Sweet Potato Fries were really scrumptious. They topped the fries off with some sort of sauce, maybe a maple glaze? My friend had the Ultimate Porker Sandwhich that had pulled pork, smoked sausage, and bacon! I didn’t try it, but it sure looked good and she seemed to enjoy it. One other thing… the peeps working the truck were awesome! They were working very hard(as there were a lot of us) and so sweet!

The people who work this truck are SUPER friendly. Their food tastes like they actually care about what they are serving. I am not a big fan of coleslaw but I love theirs. I have had the chance to eat several items from their truck. The Tacos and the Snoop Dog concert I think were my favorite… but I also loved the Sliders we had in Loveland. If they are near by you really should try something from them. Their BBQ sauces are always amazing. Love you guys! ! ! !

Had the pork lettuce wraps with goat cheese«croutons» last night at the Friday Night Bazaar. Service was friendly and fast. The dish was excellent. I was sitting at the end of a picnic table and people kept asking me what it was and where I got it. Also, the chipotle peach bbq sauce is to die for!

Had an amazing breakfast burrito– half pulled pork/half bacon. The chili verde sauce is the best I’ve ever had & I love chili verde sauce! The staff was incredibly friendly too.

Their food redefines the word«delicious». I’ve already emailed Webster to notify them about the definition change.

Had the porker at South Pearl farmers market. Delicious. I agree with another reviewer that you should add some of their sauces. But I always add sauce anyway and the sauces were excellent.

Went to check out the food trucks on Thursday at Civic Center Park. Fast service, good food. Had the porker with sweet potato fries(amazing). Only docked one star for the bacon in the porker as is was just okay. I’m a bit of a bacon snob. Will eat there again!

I found the pork to be pretty bland. Make sure to add a good amount of their sauces, which are pretty delicious.

Seriously addictive chicken nachos. This truck was at the 1940s Ball at the Boulder Airport. First, one friend goes and orders the nachos after seeing someone else. Then we all circle and start eating. Then the woman mentions we should add some bbq sauce. it was like crack, we were hooked. I went and ordered nachos, adding bbq sauce. Crack nachos. Enjoy!

I discovered this food truck just outside my office downtown as I ventured out one day to grab some lunch. I love BBQ so I decided to try it. They were super friendly and explained the menu and the various sauces they have. They even had spoons so you can sample the sauces and pick your favorite. I don’t remember what my sandwich was called, but it had pulled pork, sausage, and bacon! It was like a party in my mouth. I decided on a combination of the mustard bbq sauce and the hot. It was delicious. I also HAD to try the sweet potato fries, which were absolutely amazing! They had a light drizzle of something that contained honey. They were fried perfectly crispy. Some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve had, and I LOVE sweet potato fries. My sandwich was $ 8 and my sweet potato fries were $ 3. Not the kind of lunch I can afford every day, but definitely one I will be treating myself to as often as I can. I became an instant fan.

Food trucks parked outside of breweries seem to be the new fad. Not a bad idea overall, but sometimes it’s hit-or-miss. I noticed this one outside the Copper Kettle Brewing Co. I wasn’t planning on getting anything until I smelled deliciousness from a nearby table and realized I was a little hungry, so I made my way out, and perused the menu. They offered mostly BBQ fare, but I saw the chicken and waffles and realized that this was the origin of the smell that brought me, so I went with that. It consisted of a giant waffle made with cornmeal sauteed peppers, shredded(and unbreaded) chicken and a jalapeño chocolate sauce. I also procured some peach habenaro sauce for the side. Both of the sauces were surprisingly tasty, and everything about this dish was a nice variation. The downside, however, was twofold. For one, the chicken wasn’t particularly tender, and the sheer size of it was unnecessary. I began to feel a bit overly full and not too hot after less than half of it, so I had to push it aside. The flavors of the sauce were definitely worth trying, I do give them applause for that. I will also say that they had some tasty looking options on the menu, and the style of food certainly goes with the brewery. The massive portions might deter me if I don’t have someone to split it with, though.
