This is directed to all t mobile I think it’s rediculous that I have to pay full price for a new phone when the one they keep giving me had nothing but continous problems. Also I don’t pay 100 bucks a month for 4G network and not be receiving it and getting dropped calls all the time and my phone freezing. They need to get this fixed pronto

Arvada, CO
Never go to the T Mobile store in arvada at 64th and Ward rd. They are rude, condescending and the music is so loud it’s unbearable. The sales person was slow and not helpful at all and treated my 21 year old daughter like a 10 year old because she accidentally dropped her phone and had to get a replacement. I will never go back to this location for my cell phone needs ever again!
