Very Nice clothes. I got a few stuff for very cheap which made me a very happy customer! However, a very crucial part of having a good shopping experience is customer service. I was greeted and treated very kindly and assisted very good by all of the sales associates at the moment, so I proceeded to shopping until I encountered a short blonde girl that was awfully rude from the moment I asked for assistance. I asked if by any chance they would have a shirt in my size in the back and she looked at me in the eyes and said no with the ugliest attitude I have experienced from an employee. I proceeded to shop and encountered this particular individual once again and this time, no only was she rude again, but she smelled like marijuana. I then went to checkout and asked who the manager was and was greatly appalled by the fact that she was the manager on duty at the moment. Never will I go back to this particular Cotton On.

no option for ZERO stars, but it was my first time in any Cotton On store, won’t go back. Cute sweaters on sale, I even asked a sales associate if the entire rack was included in the sale, she said yes. I spend a lot of time gathering items throughout the store, and spent FOREVER in line(they were slow), but I didn’t mind because I was getting some good deals. Well, the sweaters started ringing up $ 25 instead of the $ 15 I was told, she said they will fix it because many times things ring up wrong. A manager happened to walk by & say it was only a certain side of the rack that was on sale. I explained to her that I double checked before spending all that time there & her employee told me they were on sale. She asked which employee(which happened to be the same one ringing me up, she claimed responsibility before I even told her). The manager just apologized I was misinformed, & didn’t even offer to give me the deal. The problem wasn’t only being misinformed, but the way the items were grouped(on same rack) was confusing. Needless to say, I just didn’t buy anything. Good stores make their customers happy especially if a customer was given wrong information.
